Summer Winds A-416 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fourth-floor oceanfront condo overlooking the Atlantic Ocean from beautiful Salter Path! Enjoy the open airy concept while watching the dolphins swim by. Master bedroom #1 has a queen bed, a TV with cable, sliding doors to the balcony, and a private bath. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, a TV with cable, and a private bath. Gourmet Kitchen, Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster Oven.
Welcome to Summer Winds Sports Condo Complex located in the quaint fishing village of Salter Path (beside Emerald Isle). Summer Winds condos are guaranteed to meet the needs of all members of your party! Summer Winds happily provides only the best views with exclusively oceanfront condos!
-3 large outdoor saltwater swimming pools.
-Lighted tennis courts.
-Indoor and outdoor hot tubs.
-Conference facilities for up to 150 people
-2 Racquetball courts.
-Lounge with refreshments.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Rents weekly only from Saturday to Saturday.
No smoking. No pets.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
