It was nice and clean. Very spacious. Great location. Close to several things in walking distance. The only thing to keep in mind is if you have a vehicle the parking is only free during certain hours if you park near the building. There may be parking that is free further away, but I’m not sure. I would definitely stay here again.

The property owners are easily accessible and quick to reply, great communication all week. The spot is in a great location. It’s very clean and comfortable and is much bigger than the pictures show. Very happy with my stay!

The room was great! Very nice- quiet, comfortable. Having the AC, fans, washing unit and dishwasher such was wonderful lol. Lots of closet space. The only issues we had were the lack of toaster (rip our bagels LOL) and an uncomfortable conversation with a patron trying to get into the neighboring building, but overall it was a nice spot to stay at and I’d definitely recommend. Was very clean, open, comfy and close to everything. Any communication with the host was SPOT on. Quick responses and incredibly helpful. (: thank you again for hosting our stay! 3

We really enjoyed our stay in Baltimore. Condo was beautiful with the amenities needed for our short stay. Very close to all of the attractions.

Absolutely wonderful communication and helpful hosts. The home was comfy and clean, and in the perfect location. Would 100% recommend booking especially if wanting to stay near Camden Yards, CMG bank arena.

Listing not honest. We chose this unit due to the VRBO description stating and photos showing a wall mounted 2nd bed. I have screen shot and photographed the fraudulent description. Wall mount beds are usually strong and comfortable. However, the wall bed has been changed to a horrible, low quality sofa bed that has two major metal/ wood bars on top off which you have to sleep and they are painful- it was the worst sleeping I've ever had. The floor of the unit is filthy- black dirt on our clothes and feet. I doubt if it has been mopped in a long time. There were no instructions in the unit- nothing to say what to do for garbage, check out, etc. The immediate area is sketchy and walking towards downtowns involves navigating strip joints and porn shops.

My friend and I can hear for her birthday and to go to the Ravens game! The place was clean and super spacious! She slept on the bed and I slept on the couch and both were comfy! I felt very safe! The neighbors were kind of noisy but overall it was a great weekend! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for my Business Visit

This stay was perfect for my needs. A short drive or scooter ride to my destination at the Inner Harbor. Dining close by and a quiet relaxing environment. After working during the day it felt good to arrive my temp home for the week.

Walking distance to almost everything

Host was very helpful with providing parking and communicating how to enter property. The apartment was very clean! The location was prefect for accessing downtown without having to pay for parking buildings rates.

Pros:This 3rd floor walk up loft was very spacious with a lovely kitchen, as well as in unit laundry. There is a pullout sleeper sofa in the main living space (with a divider curtain) that could sleep more guests if needed.The smart TV utilizes a Fire stick with all your favorite apps available. Without a subscription, however, using the TV might not be possible.The owner was very responsive with answers to questions and check-in/checkout was quite easy.Cons:With no elevator, walking up 3 flights of stairs with luggage could be challenging for some people.We could not find any hand towels for the kitchen and there were dry/canned food items (a large bag of rice, canned beans, boxed macaroni & cheese, etc.) left in the cupboards. The bathroom was nice, however the provided body wash & shampoo/conditioner were large community bottles from a department store. An upgrade to these would better match the nice space.There was no welcome folder with area recommendations for attractions, restaurants, menus, etc. There is a subway stop at the corner, but no information about that either. Providing such things would make it easy and convenient for guests not familiar with the city.Overall, this was a very nice property that is very comfortable to stay at.

Good stay with such a big house

We planned to stay here to visit our son who studies JHU. Just before our visit a home accident occured and we had to shortened our stay. Home owner accepted our demand and pay back us the shortened period fee. We appreciated that. The house is well furnished and well equipped. It was clean and all kind of hygenic materials are there. Next time visit i absolutely will stay here..

Great location for families!

This property was amazingly clean and conveniently located. Our family enjoyed staying at this property and exploring the city of Baltimore. Free parking was easily accessible. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood to local restaurants and attractions. We walked to most major attractions during our visit. Our teenage son ran each morning and said he felt safe running and found great running routes throughout the city.The major drawback was some of the furniture. There are not two queen beds as described. In the photos, a Murphy bed is shown; however, there is a pullout couch. Had I known this, I would have rented a different property. The sofa in the living room felt like you were going to fall off of it; the cushions slanted forward. The wifi was also slow; it made it difficult to watch TV and work on my computer. Again, the property was super clean and is in a great location. If you only need one bed, it would be a wonderful place to stay.

Location- Super cute property that is within walking distance of so many great sightseeing, shopping, and eating places. Comfort- I usually have back pain after sleeping somewhere new but the mattress was perfect and the sheets were extra soft. The property was clean and for the price absolutely unbeatable.Check-in- I didn’t receive check-in information until 30 minutes before check-in and it seemed likely only because I called. Even though I told the host when I would arrive, they were not available to let me into the property upon arrival. Luckily, I only had t wait outside for about 5 minutes to get that resolved.Check-out - no instructions were given for check out and I was unable to find anything that gave any information while in the rental. I did my best to tidy up but something with check out instructions would have been helpfulOverall communication could have been better. No WiFi information was posted and when I asked, it was about 4 hours before I received a response. I was sent a photo of a frame with the information that looked as though it once had been sitting on the tv stand. I let the host know that the frame with information was no longer there. Despite what I considered minor communication inconveniences that the host can easily rectify, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this location.

The hosts are none helpful and fairly difficult to communicate with. It is hard receiving timely help or information related to the property. If needing to modify the booking or trying to find the correct parking available to the property, you are left to your own research.
