This apartment was perfect for our needs! The location is in walking distance to the harbour. It’s a little out of the city center, but if you don’t want to walk the 20 minutes in, Ubers are inexpensive.Also, Sean was absolutely available at all times for questions I sent out via VRBO MESSAGES. Great stay!

This was a cozy space! Perfect for a solo traveler (or two). There was a great bakery a 10 minute walk away that I went to one morning. I was in town for a wedding so I had other obligations, but the location was walking distance to other eateries as well. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities were thoughtful.

The communication and settling in were very easy. Room was clean, as well as bathroom and small kitchenette. Details and instructions were easy to follow. Overall a great stay. I gave the neighborhood 4 stars due to random voices and yelling out on the street in the middle of the night. Other than that, no complaints. Would stay again.

This is a beautiful little space that exhibits meticulous design and outstanding optimization of the facility to provide for every imaginable need or want. Small refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, even pots and pans and a hotplate if one were ambitious enough to want to cook in the space. There are numerous excellent restaurants within walking distance - we took advantage of Angie's Seafood for dinner and Water for Chocolate for breakfast - each of which was truly outstanding and within a 5 minute walk. Walking distance to the Inner Harbor as well. Plenty of parking in the immediate area. We were visiting for a show at the Hippodrome theater, and this worked out perfectly for us. 5 star all the way! Almost perfect

The stay began wonderfully. Sean was quick to respond to questions and the property was as described, beautiful and comfortable with easy parking out front and walking distance to Little Italy and Ministry of Brewing. Unfortunately, on the second day he told us that they had booked an event in the adjacent space (the former chapel) for a graduation party that afternoon from 4-8pm. We would have been okay with that, but then he told us that our suite bathroom would need to be used for the party. Huh?? Sean was apologetic, but we had to cut short our plans for that day and rush to get ready for our reunion so the bathroom that we had reserved (and paid for) could be used for the event. I understand that mistakes happen, but I think the right thing for the hosts to do would have been to: (1) notify us of this issue ahead of the stay so that we could have decided whether to still stay there or find another place to stay; and/or (2) refund us the cost of the second night. At the very least, notifying us the first day when we checked in would have allowed us to plan the second day with this in mind. Other than this one issue, we really enjoyed our stay and found Sean to be very kind and friendly. We would stay again if we could be assured that there would be no events during our stay.

To clarify, we specifically asked for your approval before confirming the adjacent event, and you agreed it would be okay. We would never have moved forward with hosting the event if you had expressed any hesitation. We also discussed the bathroom situation at that time, and to thank you for your understanding, we offered compensation in your preferred form—food and beverage—which included two high-quality bottles of wine you told us you had never tried before. Given our open communication, mutual connection, and warm in-person rapport, we’re a bit surprised to see this concern raised here after the fact. We take our role as hosts seriously and strive to always be upfront, fair, and respectful. While we regret any inconvenience, we also believe that mutual respect extends beyond private conversation and into public forums. This place is super cozy and convenient! Parking was a breeze and keyless locks were easy to use. The bed was perfect and felt like sleeping in a cloud! The sound machine added extra sleeping comfort.Had a couple of things that required me to reach out to the hosts, but they were always quick to respond and always provided resolution!I used the bike to get to nearby places quick and easy and the Charm City Circulator free bus is also close.Overall, excellent!
