The 6th Floor Renovations is scheduled to commence on Thursday, February 19, 2026 through May 2026. Y3 Construction will be working Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm. Construction noises may be heard during this time. Please be aware of the construction signage and barriers that will be in place to navigate you safely through the affected areas. The pool, fitness center, hospitality lounge, and recreation deck will remain open for use during the work.

Basic, clean, close to the beach and bus lines. You cant see the ocean from here, but you can walk to it in 5 min. Overall positive experience

Wonderful place for a vacation! The apartment was very clean, conveniently located and offered plenty of free parking in a garage. The bed was comfortable, the building was quiet, and there was a laundry room (coin or easily pay with the app) right down the hallway. Gas grills were located right by the pool. Mark, our host, was available to answer questions before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our experience at this location. It was close to everything we could possibly need for our stay. I love having a king size bed, which was very comfortable. My husband used the gym every day and was thankful to have that available. It was such a bonus to have a parking pass available and we were able to find parking in the garage with no issues. Our only minor issue was that the water in the shower never got very hot later in the day. It was fine in the morning. The pool only had sun on it parts of the day, but we usually walked to the beach anyway, which was less than a 5 minute walk. We would definitely recommend this VRBO and would stay here again.

The property worked well for us. It was located close to Waikiki but far enough away where it didn't seem too busy on-site or right outside the property. I wish there were instructions inside the property, as we had many questions I ended up asking the property managers. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and cooked our meal at the place. I didn't realize there wasn't an oven or dishwasher though until we arrived. We made due though and barbecued our meal. I loved the lanai and sat outside every day. There was a lovely activity area on the 6th floor. The A/C shuts off when the doors are open, so don't keep the doors open if you want to use the A/C. The water in the shower was lukewarm for many of the days we were there; the water did get hotter on our last days though. I liked that the property was not right on the main strip but was still close to so many places.

We enjoyed our stay at Mark's place. The location was good. We were told it's in the quieter part of Waikiki & it did seem so. There were a couple of items in the description that we were expecting, but either were not there or were damaged. After communicating with our host, all was resolved & we were appreciative. The place is decorated nicely. The bed was very comfortable. Water pressure was great. The laundry on our floor was really nice to have access to. Also, there's a Mini Mart on the 5th floor, which was quite convenient. All in all, we were pleased!

Our Stay in Paradise

The condo itself was updated, quiet and very comfortable, including the king size bed! It was clean and had nice towels. The location was very convenient, within a few blocks of the beach and canal, shops and eateries. Parking was included (a plus), the spots were tight, but we always found a spot. I rate it 4 and 1/2 because the kitchen could use a few more amenities for cooking and BBQing. It advertises a gym, but there wasn't one available. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would return again. Aloha!

Great Condo near the beach

We had a wonderful stay at your condo. The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and provided all the comforts we needed, especially the free parking. Its convenient location made it easy to explore the area and being so close to the beach it was a huge plus. This place offers the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Nice apartment

Great apartment for 2, building a little tired but reflected in the cost. Some minor repairs were needed but host responded right away and issue was delt with. Overall a great place and would stay there again.

Awful customer service if you need anything

We did not have hot water for three days, the bedroom tv did not work, the WiFi did not work for 2 days until someone finally came out to fix. The kitchen garbage disposal did not work so then would not drain. Also make sure you understand there is no oven for cooking, just a cook top. They had an answering service to take our calls but then no one would ever call me back or update me on fixes. They would send a message thru the Vrbo chat but even when I asked no one would call me. Requested compensation for the issues and once again no one will respond to me or Vrbo.

Fantastic Stay

Although the building need updating, the bbq area and gym was great to have and the location was perfect. It is at the quieter end of Waikiki but so close to everything. Beach was a short walk away as were restaurants. The unit was spacious and bedroom had a king sized bed which is very rare in rental units. The bathroom is updated and the rest of the unit very comfortable.
