Guests will have access to a differentiated, organized, very well equipped, excellently located and safe place.
The 42m² property has a QUEEN bed, a SINGLE sofa bed and a Smart TV. The studio also has SPLIT AC.
IMPORTANT:
1st - According to the condominium's internal regulations, studios designed for 3 people are intended for 2 adults and 1 child up to 12 years old. Therefore, the single sofa bed in this property is only allowed for children up to 12 years old.
2nd - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.
3rd - In accordance with the condominium's rules, Me2 requests identification documents from each guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
