Luxe WeHo Villa, Walk to Melrose Ave, Pool + Hot Tub | North Vista by AvantStay

Thank you! Stocked and comfortable, just as it should be. We'd love to welcome you back!

Thank you! Hope to see you again soon.

Thank you for the kind words. We’re so glad you found the home cozy and accommodating. We’d love to host you again.

Thank you for your honest feedback, and we're truly sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We understand how disappointing it is when a key feature of the home isn't available, especially one that factored into your booking decision. We're glad our team was responsive and that a resolution is in progress, and we've flagged this with our maintenance team to ensure it's fully addressed. It means a lot that you loved the home itself, and we hope to have the chance to provide you with the complete experience you deserved.

The property was well-suited for a family Thanksgiving. It offered plenty of space and was conveniently located near nearby attractions.

Thank you, Patrick. We’re glad you enjoyed the house and its central Hollywood location.

Thank you so much for your positive feedback and we are so glad you enjoyed the home! Your group was fantastic to host and would love to have you all back at any of our properties in the future.

Thank you so much for the kind words, Christopher! We’re glad to hear that your stay was amazing and that everything exceeded your expectations. We’d love to have you back for a long-term stay anytime!

Thank you, Kim, for your feedback! We're so glad to hear that you're coming back. We look forward to hosting you again in the future!

So glad the home was such a seamless, beautiful base for exploring LA — that walkable location near the Grove, Melrose, and Fairfax really is unbeatable! It's wonderful to hear the open layout, lush backyard, and well-stocked kitchen all came together so nicely. And the team will be thrilled to hear the shout-out for their quick communication. We'd love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you for your kind words and for sharing your experience! We’re glad you loved the pool and hot tub and that the host was there when you needed help. We apologize for the check-in hiccups with the lockbox and key—thank you for your patience, and we’re working to make that process smoother. We’d love to welcome you back for an even better stay next time!

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Mary. We’re glad you found the house lovely, but we regret to hear about the challenges you faced. Regarding the entry process, the house has a front pedestrian/driveway gate as well as an outer door to the front entrance. This is clearly noted in the check-in instructions, but we understand that some guests may still experience difficulty despite the codes and keys provided. Our team remains responsive to all calls and messages at check-in to assist as needed. Additionally, this property is not set up for smart locks and only uses hard keys, but when you requested a second set, we provided them the same day as the callback clean to ensure you had what you needed. As for the cleanliness, we apologize that the home did not meet expectations upon arrival. We sent a cleaner the next day for a callback clean, and while the team addressed key areas during that visit, we regret that it didn’t fully meet your standards. Your feedback is valuable, and we will continue working to uphold our cleanliness standards. We appreciate your time and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re happy to hear that you found the home lovely and that you enjoyed your overall stay. We’re truly sorry, however, for the challenges you experienced during check-in and with some of the home’s amenities. We understand how frustrating that must have been. We'd like to note that our team has since rewritten the check-in instructions to make the process smoother, including clear details about the lockbox. There are two AvantStay signs already posted in high-traffic areas—the kitchen and dining room—displaying the Wi-Fi information, and the check-out instructions are located on the wall next to the front door. The toilet issue has since been resolved, and the pool and hot tub are now fully operational. Lighting has also been checked and found to be functioning as expected. Your comments about cleanliness have been shared with our housekeeping team to ensure more thorough inspections moving forward. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience, and we hope to welcome you back for a much smoother and more enjoyable stay.

Thank you so much for the kind review! We're so glad the great location and property were the perfect fit for your holiday. We appreciate you taking the time to flag the items that needed some attention — from the patio door lock to the outdoor TV, curtains, and blinds; that kind of specific feedback is genuinely helpful, and we've passed it all along to our team to address. We'd love to welcome you back anytime — thank you again for staying with us!

Thanks so much for the rating! We're glad you chose to stay with us and hope you had a great time. We'd love to welcome you back anytime!
