Dette er en usædvanlig, rummelig enhed, der sidder på stranden med trapper lige til sandet fra din private indpakning omkring dækket. Alt hvad du har brug for for at have en god ferie er din. 1. historie luksus med kun få skridt ned til stranden fra vores 1800 kvadratmeter ejerlejlighed. Sugar Dunes-komplekset har 24 condos i det bedste af Seagrove-området og er beliggende i et mindre befolket lejeområde mellem to store (men overfyldte) kløftbyer Destin og Panama City.

Du vil have mere? Besøg den maleriske farverige by Seaside eller Rosemary Beach ved at cykle eller køre bil blot få miles væk. Endnu mere? En State Park med cykelsti kun 500 meter fra enheden. Hvilket godt sted til din familieferie.

Du kan ikke slå det for luksus på stranden til overkommelige priser for familieferier.

Place was very nice and location was excellent. Saw some dead bugs in place but it’s the beach so is what it is. Gulf view was amazing, only wish they built a pool on premises but well worth the stay

Great beach vacation!

The condo was very spacious and clean - and right on the beach! The view of the ocean from the kitchen and den is stunning. Communication with the property owners was excellent. We had a great vacation!

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our spring break week in this beautiful condo! Our favorite was the two sets of beach chairs/umbrellas set up for us everyday! Beach access was the easiest we've ever experienced and a total game changer for beach days! My only suggestion is for the cleaners to use a more natural cleaner, the condo smelled strongly of fabuloso when we checked in and throughout the first day.

Fabulous on the Beach Condo

We loved the condo as it was very roomy, had great kitchen & den with surround windows views of the beach and beautiful water in Seagrove. The sunsets were yummy! We will definitely want to return next year!

Family Vacation

We stayed here for a multigenerational family vacation. The unit was perfect! The views from this corner unit were awesome and the beach access cannot be beat! The condo was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We hope to return!

Beach front condo

It was fantastic! Had small kids and they could walk down steps right to beach! Very clean and has everything you need! Will come back!

Great week on the beach.

We loved the size and location of the property. Our family loved the condo and will return again and again. The kitchen and dinning room/living room was like being on the beach. This unit offers the best access to the beach and a wrap around porch with palm trees and a sunset as our pre-dinner view. Loved all of it.

Beautiful Area

Such a great location. Cannot beat the sunsets. Could not find the pack and play. Luckily, we had brought one along, but did find a highchair in the garage if one was needed. Will definitely be returning!

Perfect location

This condo comfortably accommodated 6 adults for a week. Three bathrooms were a plus, along with two king-sized beds and a well-stocked kitchen. But the best part was the location -- right on the beach with great sunset views and the surf noise to lull us to sleep each night. Great communication from the owner and quick response. We loved it! Thanks!

Great everything!

Everything about this rental was perfect and easy. From booking the property and hearing back quickly to the location which was exactly as described to the condo itself, it couldn’t have been better. The location is literally on the beach and the condo is spacious and decorated well. The check-in process was so easy and even though I needed to make a last-minute change, the owner worked with me and made it so simple. We had one minor issue and management responded immediately and quickly came on site to fix it within a few hours. We loved it and would absolutely stay again.

Sisters was ideal for me ...

Sisters was ideal for me and my twin 6 year old twin girls. (We loved the name, too!). It was our third, and best annual "girls" trip. It really is a "Wow!" kind of place. It was fabulous to sit on the deck, and have them be able to play on the beach within talking distance. It was the most accessible beach access I have ever had. Few stairs, and sooo close. It was the best equipped condo I have ever stayed in. You really don't need to bring a thing. The beds are comfy, and the decor lovely. The view uniquely wide, and mesmerizing. The price was so reasonable, and less than many inferior places. The Meyers were very helpful and easy to reach. I can't wait to return!

1st time to stay on the beach

We invited my parents, sister & brother in law to join us to stay @ "2 Windy on the Beach". This was our first time to rent a condo "right" on the beach. "Oh were we pleasantly surprised!" The condo was roomy, clean, had everything we needed! I'd say NOTHING was done to "just get by". It was furnished as if someone was living there! My parents said they hadn't slept that good in a long time! Maybe it was the late nights early mornings! The beach was clean and right at your back door! We will go back! I also liked the fact, the area isn't so commercialized! Very family oriented. LOVED IT!

I would definitely recommend Sugar Dunes #1 had everything we needed for or week long vacation!

We had 6 adults, 3 kids (ages 1, 4, 6) and had room for all! In past years, we have stayed in other locations around this area & types of rentals (including a house & condos) and Sugar Dunes #1 is the best place we have stayed! The corner unit, open floor plan & the large, pretty & updated kitchen made for a great stay for our family. The unit was clean and in good, working order. Towels were plush, beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked. The unit even had a closet full of beach toys & a couple of beach chairs. The large deck that faced directly on beach was a favorite place for am coffee & pm drinks. We will definitely stay here again next time we go to the beach! (A side note: We had one umbrella & 2 chairs set-up that came with the rental & we paid for 2 more set/ups. The guys at Spyglass Rentals were helpful & friendly.)

2 Windy on the Beach

The condo was bright, colorful, and cheerful, and the kitchen was especially well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and serving dishes. The number of spices and herbs on the shelves is remarkable. Games for kids, movies for adults and kids as well were available. Toys for the beach were also appreciated. The notebooks in the room were helpful with "Places of Interest" and restaurant menues. We enjoyed some of the old time favorite restaurants - Captain Anderson's in Panama City, Bayou Bills in both nearby locations, Red Bar in Grayton, the nearby Seagrove Market (takeout) and who can miss out on a wonderful breakfast at Another Broken Egg (several locations). A new favorite is now Dewey Destins: Cafe 30A and Louie Louie were both very enjoyable as well. Another stay with good memories.

Very Disappointed!

Our condo was very dirty. Called Myers Property with a list of problems and concerns. They did nothing. When you pay A $260.00 cleaning fee, you expect it to be clean. We took several pictures of the problem areas. We will never use Myers Property’s again. Very disappointed!

When you called to let me know that there were bugs on the windowsill and 2 hairs in one bed and wrinkled sheet in the other bed I offered to have cleaning come back out, but you said that there was no need to send cleaning because you all had already unpacked. As far as the wifi, someone was supposed to come out. You should have called to let us know that they did not arrive. Just to remind you, you have stayed with us two times before in another unit and there were no issues. We have always enjoyed having you and are sorry that you will not be staying with us again.

Great location, easy access, no crowds!

We had a great stay. This 1st-level condo required only one flight of stairs so it was easy to get your belongings to the unit. Door code makes for easy access. Sliding back door and large, wrap-around porch made us feel like we were right on the beach. We could watch sunrises and sunsets from the porch. The real treat that sets this condo apart are the beds. We've stayed at many beach rentals and the beds are usually cheap, lumpy, hard. These beds were awesome memory foam and incredibly hard to get out of in the morning. Full kitchen and plenty of cook ware made meals easy. Only one flight of stairs and a short boardwalk and you are toes in the sand. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property. Owners/managers will email you all the check in/check out info so no need to stop by a rental office. Gated condo makes for a safer stay for the family. Far away from larger hotels and nestled in a long row of individual houses -- this makes for plenty of privacy on the beach. The closest party to ours was probably 75 feet away. Ahhhh.

I have owned this condo for 20+ years and love it. I own the management company and this complex is still my favorite for open space and direct access from the deck. 6 Grandchildren and you need to be able to go back and forth for many reasons, food, bathrooms, rest, back and forth. ( So easy at Sugar Dunes ) Great Break out lake for the little ones just 200 yards away down the beach.
