We are nestled in a quiet neighborhood just south of 30A close enough to walk or bike to some of the areas most popular restaurants like Old FLorida Fish House, Cafe 30A, and The Perfect Pig. In for some shopping? Head out in either direction to Seaside (our neighboring dining and shopping spot), Watercolor, The Hub, Rosemary Beach and more.

The area offers a wide range of activities from paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing both the golf and Eastern Lake, tennis and golfing, Hiking and biking the national forest provides endless sight-seeing and fun!


This 794 sq ft condominium offers a large living area with beautiful high end sofa and swivel, rocking chairs and a 65" smart TV. The spacious private balcony is the perfect place to spot dolphin or look at the stars. It has a dining table for four and a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped for all you foodies, with granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances, dishes, stemware, silverware, cookware, bakeware and more. With a full size blender, both Keurig and drip coffee maker you will be ready to make your favorite beverages.

The bedroom has a top of the line Stern's and Foster king bed for quality sleep and a 55" smart TV. Just down the hall there are two bunks kids will love with reading lights. Our newly renovated bathroom offers two sinks, walk in shower and FULL size washer and dryer.

You will have complimentary beach set up that includes two chairs and an umbrella March 1st - October 31st (Not available during vendor off-season).

We require all guests to read, sign and submit our RENTAL AGREEMENT and copy of drivers license to make your reservation complete.

WE DO NOT ALLOW DOGS OR PETS OF ANY KIND.

The Commodores Retreat has a strict NO PET and NO SMOKING on premises anywhere, including balconies, policy. It is strictly monitored and enforced.
