Lovely property - so much to do inside and outside. We were a family of 10 and it was so perfect and could accommodate a much larger group but, nevertheless, I wouldn’t change a thing for us. Thank you Anna and team!

My friends and I had a fantastic time at this house. It is extremely spacious with plenty of space and activities for everyone. The pickleball courts, pool, golf simulator, and the theater room were the big hits for the group. Anna was a fantastic host with great communication and very helpful with any questions we had. We have already discussed returning here again next year.

The perfect work retreat

An absolutely beautiful home, even more so in person! We held our board retreat here, and everyone had an incredible time, from watching the world series in the theater, to golf, basketball, and some beach volley ball too. We had a wonderful stay, Anna was extremely accommodating.

Just returned from 3 nights with kids, grandkids, and dachshunds. Beautiful home inside and out. Completely enclosed HUGE yard. All games and amenities are exactly as seen in the photos. The pool is awesome. Anna provided exceptional service for a few requests we had. Highly recommend this property for multi-generational family vacations, with your dogs!

The house was perfect and just like described in the pictures. Our group of 12 had so much fun and enjoyed all the amenities of the house. There was more than enough room for the 12 of us adults. What was also nice was there is a Ralph's grocery store, restaurants, and a great coffee shop - the Vintage coffee house about a 3 min drive from the house. Anna, the host, was also so responsive to all our questions before and during our stay. We will definitely rent there again if we are back in Indio!!

Anna and team were excellent hosts. Responsive, clear communication and made great recommendations. The house was immaculately clean when we arrived and they made the entire process easy to manage. Outstanding house for a large group with all sports equipment already provided on site. The golf simulator was the highlight for our group!

Great place for a big family!

We had a great stay! The place is as pictured. Plenty of activities for everybody to enjoy without leaving the house. There is plenty of space for everyone that you can find a spot if you want a quiet moment. It is also close to stores if you ever need something at the last minute. I will definitely consider this house in the future for another gathering. Communication with the host has been great!

Thank you so much for the great review! We’re happy to hear the home met your expectations and that everyone enjoyed the variety of activities as well as the spacious layout. It’s wonderful to know you appreciated having both lively gathering areas and quiet spots to relax. When designing the backyard, it is exactly what we were hoping to accomplish❤️, truly. In terms of convenience of a great location, we absolutely love how a light away (2 mins drive), you will have, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and much more. We also appreciate the kind words about our communication. We’d love to host you again for a future gathering!

Great Property

Great property. Amenities are amazing. I wish we would have more time to use the pool, courts and theater room. Because we were there for work, we didn’t get to spend much time enjoying this beautiful property. Beds were comfortable and the home was very clean.

Amazing Venue for all types of visits!

I am so glad to have found this property. I hosted a 15 person bachelor party at the venue and it was phenomenal. The array of amenities (beach colleyball, pool, basketball court, pool, pickleball, golf simulator, theater, and arcade games) kept us busy the whole time and if you're a gambler the Fantasy Springs casino is only a 10 minute Uber/drive away. They have a great BBQ area and outdoor seating as well. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking to host a big group event. Will likely book another trip through the host as well.

What a dream! Everything was absolutely incredible - we had 7 children that were kept occupied for 3 days, between the gorgeous pool, comfy loungy furniture, fabulous bedding, top notch kitchen appliances, and beautifully clean, this weekend was everything we’d hoped it would be. Very grateful for a wonderful weekend! Thank you!
