The home consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the main house plus an attached studio casita with 1 bathroom and a kitchenette.

Take advantage of the piece and tranquility, as this home is located on an acre and still conveniently located near Tucsons finest restaurants, golf courses, resorts and spas.

The entire home plus the Casita with its own private entrance will be yours to enjoy. In total, there are 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. 4 of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms!

The well appointed Primary Bedroom features a luxurious En Suite, modern furnishings, 55 In TV and King Bed

Private En Suite modern accommodations include standalone shower with waterfall shower head, dual vanities, stand alone soaking tub, and large custom walk-in closet.

Guest Bedroom #1 features 2 King Beds, luxurious En Suite, large closet and 55in TV

Guest bedroom private En Suite Accommodations include dual vanities, standalone modern shower and large custom closet

Guest Bedroom #2 features 2 sets of bunk beds, modern furnishings, 55 in TV and walk in closet

Guest Bedroom #4 features private En Suite, King bed, 55in TV, private access to the resort style backyard and walk in closet.

Guest bedroom private En Suite Accommodations include single vanity and standalone walk-in shower

Guest Bedroom #5 is the attached Casita with its own private entrance. The Casita includes its own private full bathroom, King bed, pull out sleeper sofa 55 in TV and kitchenette with stove and refrigerator.


Main Living area features open living/dining layout perfect for entertaining. There are 3 large seating areas to accommodate large families or multiple families/groups traveling together.

Inviting elements include indoor and outdoor quiet sitting areas sequestered throughout the property where you can enjoy early morning sunrises and gorgeous evening sunsets. Enjoy 6 Smart TV's including a 65in TV in the living room. The space is wide open with plenty of seating and space to accommodate up to 16 people comfortably

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils, cookware, spices, oil, coffee, cream and sugar for coffee and teas.

This Prince Maria AZ is conveniently located in the heart of the Catalina Foothills just minutes from shopping and dining. Just a short 5 min drive away, find La Encantada Mall, AJ's fine foods, Flemings Steak House, Firebirds, Vivace, North Italia and Blanco Tacos and Tequila. There are also several High End Resorts and Spas, golf courses and hiking trails just minutes from the property.

Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

1) No Parties. No questions asked!

2) No Events of large gatherings of any kind

3) Home is equipped for 16 people at the very maximum. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night.

4) Must be 25 or older to book the property.

5) No smoking

6) No pets

7) Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to temperature

9) Exterior cameras are not monitored regularly and are only present for the safety of both our guests and our home. If cameras are tampered with in any way (unplugged, covered or broken) 1st incident guests will be notified, 2nd incident, stay will be cancelled with no questions and no refund granted.

Other Things to Note

-Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. 2 night minimum for heating. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to temperature

-Pool heating will be available October 15th through May 1st

-Our home is equipped with security cameras. There are NO indoor cameras on our property

-There are exterior cameras around the perimeter of the property to also include the door bell and back yard.

**Arizona is full of wildlife and bugs. Although we hire monthly pest control service to keep bugs from getting in, we request that doors remain closed**
