The Holiday Villas II condo complex offers a secure elevator and a large heated swimming pool. The pool area has a newly renovated (2022) bathroom and a shower/rinse station. There is an app operated laundry on each floor; option for credit card payments available. There are two charcoal grills and a gas grill for your use as well. The sugary sand beaches of Indian Shores are well maintained and depending on the time of year you may see a sea turtle nest or Skimmer bird colony. The quaint town of Indian Shores offers shops, restaurants, putt-putt golf, and a seabird sanctuary.
