Step into a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath beach front condo directly located on the Gulf of Mexico!

Enjoy the view and sound of waves from the gulf front master bedroom! Freshly updated property with stunning sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico. Dunes of Panama has 1,500 feet of family friendly private beachfront with three oceanfront pools, one heated, and a poolside tiki bar. Amenities also include tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, volleyball, fitness center. Close to St. Andrews State Park, shopping, golfing, restaurants and attractions

This condo comes complete with a gulf front master bedroom with a KING size bed, attached private bathroom with a shower. A 2nd bedroom has one QUEEN size bed and a bonus twin bed and trundle bed underneath it. The 2nd bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a great meal in your home away from home!

The gulf front living room has a large flatscreen TV, plenty of seating and a sleeper sofa.

The private balcony offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and seating so you can watch the beautiful sunsets!
Pets under 35 lbs will be considered for a fee of $150.

*The remaining final payment balance is due in our office 30 days prior to your arrival date. Or within 7 days if the check in date is between 14-30 days from booking date.
When paying there is a 3% convenience fee when using a credit card. We also have a no cost option of sending a check.*

This unit was in a good location, quite and pretty. The unit itself (especially the bathrooms) need updating. The dishwasher needs replacing, we tried multiple times to get it to work but it never would wash the dishes I placed in it. My house shoes were new when I put them on and when we left the bottom of both my house shoes were black. Whoever is supposed to be cleaning unit needs to be cleaning it better. Overall not a bad place, and we would probably stay there again.

Love this Condo

Love so much about this Condo and property. It is clean, quiet, well maintained and a great location. It’s a way from Front Beach but close enough to get to. Stayed many, many places but this is where I’ll be staying from now on . Lived B107!

Nice beach

The condo was a nice size and quiet. Great view of sunsets. Overall the condo could use a new dishwasher, master bath needs updated and overall a better job on cleanliness. Responsive property manager. Nice stay

Great location

This room was great for our family! Had everything we needed and enjoyed being close walk to beach and pool. The only thing I would take stars away for it cleanliness. Some areas could have used some more attention and cleaning. Overall we loved our stay here. No noise complaints and our first time being lower level at the beach and we really enjoyed it.

Birthday week at the Dunes

Nice place - but doesn’t have a hot tub

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s a nice place . Has security. We were under the impression our room was directly on the beach and couldn’t tell in the pictures that it’s located over a parking lot and you have to walk onto a porch and down stairs to get to the pool and then the beach . It was however ocean view just not beach front like we thought. It’s a very pretty place and we enjoyed our time . The description also said it had a hot tub and it doesn’t unless it was at one of the other buildings but we asked around and nobody there knew where one was. We will go back though . It was affordable and nice overall

Great Vacation

The check in was painless, our condo was stocked with all we needed even down to fans for noise. Had a couple things to tear up during our stay. They were repaired quickly and very respectful young men. The property around the pool and restroom could have been cleaner. Toward the end of our stay it got better

Best place !!!!

The place so clean pools was clean and well taken care of people was friendly ...had issues with Internet called them and they fixed it fast ..great place would come back again ..
