Stunning Splash 407W Two King Gulf front Suites and Free Beach Service!

Welcome to Splash 407 West. This unit is on the 4th floor in the West Tower.

This is a beautiful corner balcony unit with panoramic views of the Gulf and the beach. It has been newly redecorated. Both king bedroom suites and the living room walk out to a large balcony with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The unit sleeps up to 8. It has two King mattresses, one Queen sleeper sofa and bunk area with two twin size mattresses. We are now accepting bookings!

Splash Resort located in Panama City Beach which was designed with a unique Caribbean look that is sure to charm. Splash is loaded with amenities including over 400 feet of pristine gulf front, two distinct water park environments, full fitness center, island style Beach Bar & Grill, and, opening soon, an on-site Hook'd restaurant location. The kids love the Interactive water toys, and the adults enjoy floating down the lazy river pool....it's all here at this Disney-like resort.

Splash had been rated as one of the top fifteen new beach resorts in "Florida Travel & Leisure Magazine" and is perfect for adults and kids of all ages.

The room was just as described. It was beautiful, ckean and accommodating for our party of 4 adults and 2 kids. I would definitely recommend staying here. The hosts were good communicators as well.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach views were amazing, and the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, making the entire experience stress-free. We highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and beautifully decorated condo. We stay at splash every year and this was by far our favorite unit. The owner even called during our stay to make sure we were satisfied. I recommend this unit 100%!

Super clean and beautiful place to say by the beach. I preferred staying in this unit because you could use the stairs if needed because the elevators can kind of take forever. They had a pack n play and a high chair. My kids loved it. Overall we had a great time and we will be back! Highly recommend staying here!

I don’t even know where to start. This place was everything we imagined and much much more. From the moment we walked in for the first time to the last time we walked out to go home we had nothing but an excellent experience. The views and beds down to the cleanliness was suburb. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to make more memories with family and friends. Paul and Julie couldn’t have done better with communicating the whole process. I give this place 10 stars. Thank you all for such a great experience at you’re home away from home.

Spacious Condo Great Location

This was our first stay at Splash and we absolutely loved it. The condo owners were very helpful with any questions we had before booking. The condo was nicely decorated and the balcony was huge. We enjoyed the amenities that both the room offered as well as the many pools and beach services. We will definitely stay again. It was the perfect condo for our extended family trip as it offered spaces for grandparents, parents, and kids and everyone felt like they had their own space.

Roomy and beautifully decorated

I took my 2 granddaughters, ages 6 and 11, and we had a great time! There was plenty of room, the beds are nice and high and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were close to the elevators so it was a convenient location and the elevators could not be heard from the condo. The owners were super communicative and provided all the info we needed.

We didn’t want to leave!

This condo is absolutely beautiful—we truly don’t want to leave! We’re so grateful for all the thoughtful details you put into making this space so welcoming. It’s been such a restful and relaxing trip for all of us. We’ve already decided we have to book this condo again next year when we come down for Nationals! Home away from home!

If you’re looking for a clean, family friendly condo to stay in, THIS IS IT! Our family stayed the last week of May and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was clean, organized and well thought of. We had clear instructions and great communication with the host. This is our second time staying at splash resort but will not be our last staying in this exact condo. Compared to the one we stayed in two years ago, this condo is night and day. Do not hesitate to book this condo, I promise you won’t regret it! Thanks Paul and Julie for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo!

Splash 407W with its two primary suites with deck access and ocean views was the perfect setup for our stay with my husband's parents. Although it was a high-rise building, the elevator waits were not long. The beach chairs and umbrella were great for our days at the beach. The description of the condo was accurate. The beds are very high and required a stepstool for my mother-in-law to get into bed. Luckily, we found a stepstool in the condo closet. The walk-in showers in each primary bath was a great find for elderly occupants. The hosts were very helpful and easy to work with.

Since there was no text associated with this review, I followed up with the guest to see what we could have done to have earned a five star review. She stated that our "unit was wonderful. Clean and decorated beautifully." Her complaint was primarily with the elevators, which we acknowledge can be a problem and a source of aggravation, particular in the middle of July. Since our unit is on the 4th floor, they were able to use the stairs, but at check out, with carts it is more problematic. Guests might consider packing their vehicle with the bulk of their items the night before, when the elevators are less crowded. This make for a less stressful departure morning.
