This area is perfect for letting the kids burn off energy while you relax and recharge.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Upstairs, you'll find two inviting bedrooms: one with a comfy queen bed and the other featuring a bunk bed (full on the bottom, twin on top). The queen bedroom includes a private full bath with a jetted tub for relaxation, as well as a pack and play in the closet. The second full bathroom on this level offers a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and essential toiletries, and all bedrooms have extra blankets in the closets for added comfort.

Downstairs, there are two cozy bedrooms: one with a queen bed and an air mattress for additional guests, and another room with a full bed. A full bathroom with a tub is also available, complete with luxurious towels and essentials.

Guests have full access to the entire house, embracing its spacious layout and unique amenities. Entry is convenient with keypads for entrance.

• Parties are not allowed at this location.
• Trash goes out on Thursday night. If the cans are not down at the curb, please take them down and bring them back up on Friday after they have been emptied.
• There are interconnected smoke alarms throughout the house, as well as a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink for your safety.
• The A/C unit is brand new. To keep it running smoothly, please don’t adjust the temperatures above 70°F for heat or below 72°F for air conditioning. Lowering the air conditioning too much can freeze the coils, rendering it inoperable.
• The outdoor heater is available for your use in the backyard and runs off a propane tank. If you have any issues or questions, please let us know, and remember to turn off the propane when you’re done.
• For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed to monitor the areas around the house and the garage. Please note that there are no cameras inside the home or facing the interior of the back pergola.
