The two minute walk to Seaside will have you at all of Seaside's restaurants and retail establishments, including Bud & Alley's, Great Southern, Amavida Coffee, Pickles Sand Bar, Modica gourmet market and more. Walk west to Watercolor Town Center and enjoy Wine World, Fish Out of Water and a host of other Watercolor restaurants and shops. The world famous 30A corridor of beachfront towns will delight you in every way.

The Pearl iconic honeymoon cottage #10 is one of twelve cottages built gulf front with inspiration from Thomas Jefferson's honeymoon cottage where he stayed during the building of Monticello.

The ground level entrance opens into the spacious Master Suite with King bed, layered with beautiful linens and comforters, Smart TV and cable, washer/dryer, private water closet, walk-in shower and vanityThe private screened porch features a large hot tub spa surrounded by plants and flowers. Curtains may be opened or closed for privacy and the gulf breezes. Perfect place to relax in privacy.

The second floor features an efficient kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer combination, refrigerator freezer, coffee maker and small dining table. The living room features a Smart TV with HD cable, wireless internet, and a comfortable, large sectional sofa. The covered porch will present you with Sunsets and Sunrises like no other in the world!! Enjoy al fresco dining, coffee, and cocktails from the bar height table and chairs. Lay back on the lounge for two while you listen to the surf and enjoy your favorite book.

Two bikes are complimentary and will be parked at the front door. If you do not want bikes please let us know. Two beach chairs and one umbrella are available at the house for your Beach time enjoyment. Private Beach access is steps away from the cottage via the Pensacola Pelican A private gate code to the beach walkway will be provided at check-in.

One dedicated parking space will be available and you can park your car and never use it again.

You are within walking distance to the delectable delights on the Seaside signature Air Stream Row, as well as several other amazing local restaurants, boutiques and local beachwear shops. The quaint Modica gourmet market, Seaside Chapel and artist galleries along the Town Center and Ruskin Place are also a short walk away.

Take an easy long bike ride along the Timpoochee Trail, which runs parallel to the entire length of 30A. Every 30A community has a unique flare with restaurants, boutiques and art galleries. Visit one of our three amazingly beautiful State Parks – Tops'l, Grayton Beach and Deer Lake – to experience the natural essence of the Gulf, filled with wildlife, rare coastal lakes, natural dunes, incredible views and beaches you'll never forget.

Note: Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit

Seaside Pool and Fitness center: $25/day for 2 guests. Access to swimming pools, Clay tennis courts & 3 Pickleball courts (court fees apply), and a fitness center

Cabana Man: Beach setup two chairs and umbrella. Check the website for information and booking. Choose Pensacola Pavilion for location on the beach when booking.

(As mentioned above, there are two beach chairs and a beach umbrella at the cottage that you may take to the beach and enjoy)
