Nyrenoveret og ud af denne verden, denne 1 soveværelse / 1. 5 bad enkeltstående hytte tilbyder romantiske indkvartering for dig og din betydelige andre med panorama havudsigt fra din private balkon.

Det overordnede niveau har en dronning soveværelse med fladskærms-tv, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, privat bad med marmor brusebad og privat lavere screenet i våbenhuset. Ovenpå er en rummelig stue med wrap around sofa, fladskærms-tv, køkken køkken med kompakt køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og halv bad.

House was adorable and quaint! Comfy King bed with full bath and screened in porch on 1st floor. Stairs up to living room, small kitchen and gorgeous bed swing and high top table. The view was imaculate! Stocked with heaters that we could put through out if needed. All I would recommend is maybe a couple of extra blankets :) We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great! Only issue is the rental agency wants you to check in late, 4pm, and check out early, 10am, and is fairly inflexible. So, if your flying, be prepared to kill time with a long lunch on either side of your trip.

Hello, we are sorry we could not accommodate an early check in or check out. Fall is a popular time for beachfront cottages and we can not always accommodate the check in requests. We are moving to a new system in Winter 2026 that will offer guests early and late check outs when they are available, automated, and in advance. Weekend Get Away

We came for a weekend away after a hectic beginning of the year. This was the perfect location! Walk out to the beach, walk into town, and a quick drive to any other area along 30A. The cottage was perfect for us, easy check in and communication with hosts, easy check out. The perfect deck was amazing for getting breakfast to go and enjoying out there. Same for watching sunsets. This was the best!!

Peaceful Getaway

This little gem was in the perfect location with the perfect views! My husband and I loved being able to view the ocean as we sipped our coffee in the morning and our wine at night.

Location,Location!

This was our first stay in Seaside and this property was perfect. We wanted to rest and relax and the porch checked all the boxes; it was wonderful, with a straight view of the beach. We will be back.

Great location and beautiful weather. The property needs some attention. Ice maker was not working even after 3 service calls. Dishwasher needed a re-set. TVs need to be updated. Window air conditioner is duck taped. Ceiling in den needs repair. To charge the rates that you do for the property, some updates and repairs need to take place.

Best Vacation!

This was the most wonderful vacation we've ever taken. Being right on the water and so close to beach access, we could really relax and just go with the flow without having to plan exactly what we would need for a day on the beach. We watched the sun set directly over the ocean from the porch swing each night, and saw dolphins in the morning while drinking our coffee! Truly the best. Hoping we get to stay here again sometime!

Perfect location but has problems and would not stay there again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of About Time is absolutely perfect. The size of the little honeymoon cottage as well, met our needs. I brought my teen daughter and her friend for the week while husband and brothers were away. I wished I had known about some of the issues with the property before we rented it or at the very least, before we arrived. 1. The AC was broken and as a temporary fix, there were two small window units on each floor. The second story window unit broke half way through our trip. The rental company came very quickly and fixed but it still took quite a long time for the upstairs to cool enough to be comfortable. 2. The built in refrigerator was also broken. As a temporary fix there was a very small little dorm room style refrigerator on the floor in the kitchen. The kitchen of course is very small. The temp fridge also very small. Not enough space to put the things I bought at the store (thinking the main fridge worked) or room to load dishwasher and cook. Made opening the dishwasher near impossible and cooking I had to do reaching from the side because the temp fridge sat in the way. 3. Stained sectional. I understand it is a rental however, I have stayed in many properties at Seaside as well as Watercolor and I have never seen a piece of upholstered furniture this stained. It was pretty gross. Sorry. The sectional construction itself was nice as the trundle / bed mechanism made out to a nice full size "bed" and there was a thick foam topped rolled up in the closet of the upstairs half bath which was placed on top and was very comfortable to sleep on. 4. Dirty dishes in the cabinets. I pulled out a plate the first morning and there was old dried food on it. Coffee cups (all four) covered in sand. I know it is the beach but I really don't understand this one. 5. Black mold covering walls / grout of shower as well as floor. I understand the humidity as I live in an area also humid but this could be taken care of with bleach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice little cottage right next to the beach access pavilion. The ocean was calm and peaceful in the mornings. I would recommend to any couple.
