Simone was awesome - she was so thorough and gave us everything we needed to easy parking instructions and check in! We were also able to extend a day and she was great to work with us on that! Great view - easy beach access, beautiful pool! Definitely recommend this host and property!

My husband and I went with two friends to see the airshow onPanama City Beach, the condo was perfect with the planes flying right in front of us. The condo was extra clean and never have I been in a condo that was so well equipped in the kitchen Simone, the host was wonderful with helping us, every time I text her with a question,she answered me immediately. We certainly will consider this unit for the next airshow. Yes the elevators can be a long wait as there are only two working at the time but you pack your patience when you’re in a big condo like that.

Booked the Seaside rental for a week, chose after looking over the photos and information. Beautiful home, and excellent location! The hosts were very friendly, they messaged us to make sure all was going well, and to make sure we did not need anything. Mark even suggested in our travels to check out Arch Rock in Brookings OR, thank you Mark!! Very clean, relaxing home with beautiful views! So far, the BEST home we've booked, would love to return. Would rate more than 5 stars if we could.

Great view!

Over all this was a great place to stay. Host is friendly and very helpful theu the whole process. ( IF I read thru everything that was sent i would have not needed to contact her.) One issue i had that had nothing to do with condo is the elevators. Very slow and very unpredictable! Most time took 15 plus minutes to get one. But all in all we had a great time.

Over all the stay was nice. I do think that the owner should keep back up supplies for toilet paper/paper towels. Provide soap in all bathrooms. Not just 2in bars. Also extra trash bags. Anyone coming to stay is assuming it’s fully furnished. The price we pay to stay in something nice right on the beach should be fully furnished. I was also told when you rent chairs/umbrella on beach it would be no extra cost to tenant(me) if you had put our names on the list. That could have saved me 200. Check in was easy. Check out was easy, we left before check out. On a side note, I accidentally left a couple things in fridge, I totally meant to take with me. Just forgot. Hopefully no extra charge for that, or at least let me know before you make any additional charges for approval. Thank you

Hmmm

This was a birthday trip for my sister. The location was top tier, everything was within walking distance or a short drive. It was beautifully decorated as seen on the pictures. Overlooking the beach. The only problem we had was the lack of linen. We contaced the owner throughout the qhole weekend and there was nothing solved. She wouldnt answer the phone but would respond to texts. The first night we asked for more linen she wanted to know the sleeping arrangements, which didnt matter we still didn't have enough linen. She assured us that she would have the linen delivered the next morning. The next morning, NO LINEN!!! She finally responded about the linen at 6:45 P.M. from the prior conversation( the night before) saying there was a misunderstanding with the housekeeping, they thought the linen was for the next people to come stay after we checked out, which was another WHOLE day away. After going back and forth with her the WHOLE weeked about linen we gave up and made do with what we had. It was 5 of us, there were 3 rooms and pull out sofa(no linen for) the bunk beds had just a thin top sheet, the 2 queen beds had a top sheet and thin comforter. Lets not get started about the elevator situation.. OMG!!! it was HORRIBLE!!! Waiting 15-30 minutes for an elevator is insane, I understand thats a vacation resort and there would be a lot of people, it got so bad there had to be an attedant on the elevator. I will not book another condo in that resort

Thank you for your detailed feedback. I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed the prime location, beautiful decor, and stunning beach view of our condo. However, I regret that your experience was affected by some issues, and I would like to address your concerns. Firstly, I would like to clarify that our condo is fully equipped with linens for all beds, including the sofa bed. Each bed has linens and a comforter, sufficient for up to 8 guests. When you requested additional linens late at night at 1:30 am, I promptly arranged for extra comforters to be delivered the following morning. Unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding with the housekeeping team, the comforters were not delivered as intended. I apologize for this oversight and the inconvenience it caused. I strive to respond to all guest communications promptly, and while I may not always be able to answer calls immediately, I do respond to texts as quickly as possible to address any issues. In your case, I responded to your messages and worked to resolve the linen situation despite the late hour of your initial request. Regarding the elevator situation, I understand that waiting for the elevator during peak times can be frustrating. The high season and holiday weekends naturally lead to increased demand. The resort management did their best to manage the situation by hiring an attendant to assist with the flow of guests. I appreciate your patience and understanding, and I’m sorry that this aspect of your stay was less than ideal. Your feedback helps us improve our services for future guests. Thank you again for your comments
