Was excited to stay here but quickly lost enthusiasm once we realized we would be on the 3rd floor with no elevator and in the farthest complex from the pool amenities. Communication was great up until actually checking in and our app wouldn’t unlock the door. The app directions were not intuitive and it took quite some time to get assistance. Customer service was pleasant but required downloading a whole other app while standing in a hallway in 100+ degree heat and with little cell reception. They stayed on the phone with us until we made entry into the apartment, which was appreciated. The apartment was clean and had good space. Just hated going up and down those stairs multiple times of day and night with our little dog. The heat made it just so much harder to deal with. Since it was quite a hike to the pool, we never made it over there during our short stay. Overall the location of the complex was perfect for our needs.

It's fine

This property ticked the boxes in terms of what we wanted - outside of Austin in a not crowded place. The parts that were annoying were - the checkin process was completely outside of the VRBO app. You had to download their property managment app. Check in instructions weren't delivered until 30 mins before check in. This left us standing on the store step unable to check in because you have to use yet another app (Latch) to lock and unlock the doors. They had not sent the Latch information, so I had to call them and get that. So, we did get in. After downloading all of that, the process was smooth. But it was honestly annoying. Then, the condo is a third floor walk up, which was not mentioned in the listing. Fine for us because we are healthy, but I imagine that is important to someone. Then, the last annoying thing is that the listing says fully stocked. It is completely opposite of fully stocked. There is NOTHING in the condo. They left two trash bags and two dishwasher pods and two washer pods. My daughter had just attended a week long camp and I was picking her up and having a weekend in Austin. She used the two pods cleaning her clothes from her weeklong camp. That was just enough for us as we were only there for the weekend. Maybe they leave more if you stay longer, but I doubt it. Then, there is one liquid handsoap that they leave in the kichen. NO SOAP in the bathroom. At all. No amenities in the kitchen. No salt, no pepper, absolutely nothing.
