This large property offers plenty of room to spread out and enjoy with 5 Twin beds, 1 Queen, and 1 Queen Sofa. All of the bedrooms have independent air conditioning, ceiling fans, a TV and ample closet space; the primary bedroom even has a walk-in closet. The second floor is a split level with a sunken living room and large dining room and kitchen with a charming enclosed porch for outdoor dining and relaxing. The bedrooms offer private decks as well. This townhouse also features a fenced in back yard, includes 2 off street parking spaces and a one car garage (for storage only) with an extra shower for rinsing off the beach sand! Other amenities include air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and microwave all less than 80 steps from the beach! NO Pets or Smoking Please. Max occupancy is 8. Guests pay a $160 cleaning fee for each stay. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). The Guest signing the agreement must be 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals, (a group rental,) ALL Guests occupying the property must be 25 years of age. We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
