Love staying at three little birds it’s clean, beautiful love the big windows and great view. Had a fun time. Beach was so much fun.

The house was fantastic, it was a great fit for our family size. All the home details inside and out were very accurate. Would recommend this house for a beach trip.

Excellent house

This house is beautifully appointed. It was very clean when we arrived and exactly as pictured and described. Sunrises were gorgeous, beautiful views out the ocean-facing patio doors and lovely deck to boot.

Fun, fun, fun!

This was our fist time to Edisto and we will be back! The home is welcoming and had everything we needed. The short walk to the beach were good for the kids and their grandparents.

Wonderful Vacation

If you are looking for a great house on the beach, this is it! Sliding glass doors give you a perfect view of the beach. Kitchen is very well equipped. The house was very clean when we arrived. Luggage lift is a great bonus, so much easier than carrying suitcases and supplies up and down the stairs. I would not hesitate to rent this house again!

Our vacation was very relaxing with good weather and a great house !

The house was beautiful and clean. The ocean views were fantastic! The only negative that I have to say about the house is that we were told that each bedroom had a tv, but one of the bedrooms didn’t have a tv.

Heavenly, a little piece of paradise!

The rental process was easy and communication was over the top, the check in process was just as easy. Edisto Beach Vacation Rentals always picked up the phone to answer any questions. Three Little Birds on Edisto has such a well thought out floor plan, we enjoyed the house so much! This was our first time at Edisto Beach, we’ll be back!

Modern Ocean Front Rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Three Little Birds. The house was spotless with comfortable furniture & bedding. Porch seating from two levels provided breathtaking beach, sunrise, and moon views over the ocean. The luggage lift was so convenient. It expedited the arrival and departure process, saving time and energy. Thanks for a memorable vacation experience.

Ocean Front House with Incredible Views

We’ve rented numerous beach houses in the Carolinas over the last several years and Three Little Birds is by far our favorite. The location right on the beach is perfect and the views of the ocean are incredible. The house has every modern convenience you could imagine. Edisto Beach Vacation Rentals does an excellent job as the entire process from booking to checkout was very smooth. It’s nice to deal with somebody that clearly cares about the customer experience. We definitely plan to book this house again in the future.

Best accommodations at Edisto yet…..

Up to date and comfortable. Issue with dishwasher and air handled very quickly. Company must have the Best Repair Crews on island!! Load Lift was especially helpful for a large group with “things”. Beach facing windows provided great ocean views from 3 bedrooms plus great room/kitchen area!! ❤️❤️

We had an issue with the luggage lift on arrival and they were immediately out to fix it the same day. The views from the top deck are great and it's hard to beat sitting out on the porch every evening enjoying the breeze. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy a family vacation at Edisto.

Three little birds!

What a fantastic week we had! Beautiful home with spectacular views of the ocean. We had a relaxing time at our “happy place” The only thing negative is that our secret getaway from 18 years ago isn’t a secret anymore . 😞 Turtle patrol were very educational and took time to talk with us. Again, beautiful home, spectacular views!!!!

Our favorite!

We have stayed in many homes on the island over the years! Three Little Birds has been our favorite by far! The house was very clean upon arrival. The view is amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed. This little section of the beach wasn’t overly crowded like some spots are starting to get :( Great location, too. Less than a mile walk to the shops on Jungle Rd. The luggage lift was nice to have. We really enjoyed our annual summer Edisto trip at Three Little Birds!
