Primary Suite (Downstairs Oceanfront – Bedrooms 1 & 2): This expansive primary suite occupies one entire side of the first level with private deck access. It features two separate bedrooms connected internally:
The main oceanfront bedroom includes two Queen beds facing the Atlantic, a striking fireplace with a beautiful wood mantel and stone surround (perfect for creating a warm, romantic ambiance), and the luxurious ensuite bathroom with jetted tub, walk-in shower with dual heads, dual vanities, and dual water closets.
The second adjoining bedroom (accessible only through the suite) contains a Twin XL bunk bed, ideal for children or grandchildren.

Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Versatile space with a Queen Murphy bed, sofa, desk, and its own climate-controlled wine storage area — ideal for guests who appreciate privacy and functionality.

As you enter you will be greeted by the grand floating hardwood staircase, which elegantly connects the two levels and complements the soaring ceilings throughout the home. Continue on to the family room highlighted by a 90-inch flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace and complemented by huge windows the ocean giving you panoramic ocean views; you will feel like you are in the grandest of ocean yachts.

Enjoy cooking? Continue past the family room to the kitchen with all Corian countertops and you will really the Viking downdraft cook top and the large Sub-Zero refrigerator. In addition there is an extra refrigerator just off the kitchen in the laundry room and another Sub-Zero in the garage! In regards to the laundry room, it's a real "room", large with countertops not a closet.

Enjoy a great bottle of wine? The Boat House also has a climate controlled wine storage room on the first level as well with room for hundreds of bottles....not that you would do that but there are plenty of cradles!

Just past this is a guest bedroom and office with a Queen Murphy bed and a desk.

The Main suite on this level encompasses one entire side of the first level with it's private entrance to the oceanfront deck. This oceanfront suite has two queen beds looking at the ocean and a fireplace, an ensuite bath with jetted tub, dual vanities and dual water closets a walk in shower as well as grandchild room with a twin over twin bunk bed for when the grandkids or kids want to spend the night in the same suite; the perfect Grandparent suite!

Looking for entertainment also? The entire beach level provides an enclosed recreation/hang our area with a pool table, corn hole game, table and chairs and tv. Add to the list of amenities an enclosed hot/cold shower on this level to wash off the sand before entering the house. There is also a bath with shower stall in the finished area of this level so you don't have to go all the way upstairs if you are outside enjoying the beach. On the main deck facing the ocean there are two fire-tables. One in the coffee table and one in the high-top table for some evening ambiance!

Linens are not included but we do have a linen package which includes all beds made up, bath towels and wash cloths for each guest, hand towels in each bath and kitchen towel set. Price is depenendent upon # of guests/beds made up.

We always strongly urge our guests to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance at time of booking. We have multiple carriers to choose from if you want some suggestions for who to purchase from. We do receive a small commission from the carriers we suggest but we don't care if you use any one of your own choosing. We do not recommend one particular carrier as the type policies they offer seem to change quite often. We do suggest where ever you purchase a policy from you do get a "Cancel for any Reason" type policy. Please ask us about where you can purchase a policy from and we will be happy to forward you a link to the different carriers we have. These type policies are fairly inexpensive when compared to the total cost
