22 Peaks er et fantastisk 3 værelses hjem med majestætisk udsigt over Sneffels bjergkæden. Du vil nyde de høje aftaler i vores venetianske pudsede vægge, granitoverflader, antikke rustikke kastanjegulve og en vinkælder. Udsigten er uovertruffen og adskiller dette hjem fra andre i samme prisklasse. De levende, spisestue og køkken er på det overordnede niveau. Et niveau op til Master og et niveau ned til medierummet med et 65''-tv og de to andre soveværelser. Lige uden for medierummet er det overdækkede boblebad. Der er et stort dæk ud af stuen med en gasgrill, der vender ud mod bjergene - et fantastisk sted at se solen gå ned, mens du har et glas vin. Dampbrusere er dejlige efter en lang dag med skiløb - og langrendskisporet er lige udenfor. Gratis skibus tilbyder transport til butikkerne, gondolen og pisterne.

Great ski weekned

This was a great Vrbo for our group of 4. We enjoyed the hot tub and excellent views. Easy access to skiing and the ski locker at the base of the mountain was very convenient.

A MUST STAY!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was stocked with everything that you could need and more. The views are unbeatable and the ease of access to the Market, Gondola and Mountain were perfect. Thanks for a great home to enjoy our vacation at! A bonus was seeing the Elk from the Hot tub!

Beautiful Christmas Stay!

This house is so beautiful! The location, the view, the amenities are absolutely fantastic. Communication w/Tobin and Jennifer was quick and they were very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend a visit!

Best view!

22 peaks was perfect for our crew of five. Plenty of space and easy access to Mountain Village via the round trip Dial-A-Ride’s that come with the room (two free trips a day available) Thank you for a wonderful home to vacation in!

This incredible place had everything you could possibly need, offering all the luxury and comfort you could ask for! Tobin was quick to respond and easy to communicate with, and the thoughtful gift they left added a special touch to the experience.

Excellent vacation home!

we loved everything about our stay in Tobin and Jennifer‘s house! From the layout and set up of the actual house, to the location, the views, hot tub, and ski locker! We used it all, and would absolutely return again.

Telluride

Our second year staying at this property. It is great for a larger group (6 people in total). We have really enjoyed it and are missing Telluride already!

Family Telluride Ski Trip

Our family stayed at Jennifer and Tobin's house for a week of skiing at Telluride. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The views are stunning. The house was beautiful, clean, and very well laid out so everyone had their own space. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils we needed as we did most of our cooking at home. It also had a wide variety of spices. I felt at home grilling on the Weber grill. The dial a ride and ski locker at the Village base were a game changer for us. We have never experienced such convenience. I would highly recommend Jennifer and Tobin's beautiful house and I hope we have a chance to stay again.

Gorgeous mountain views

Incredible view of the mountain range. We saw elk and deer from the house. Immaculate and super-well stocked. Peaceful neighborhood. Easy access to town and gondola. Highly recommend.

Great House

It was a fantastic house. We had a car and it was so convenient to the gondola parking but also super easy to get to Mountain Village and Telluride. Perfect vacation.

The BEST house!

This house was everything we were looking for and more. Close to the slopes with easy driving access to Mountain village parking garage and town of Telluride. Amazing views. House was clean and had everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy family. The hot tub was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Heavenly views!!!

Our family had a wonderful week staying in Mountain Village! The views off the deck alone made our week! We had easy access to town and all of our activities as well. Tobin was also easy to reach with any issues we had which were minimal.

First trip to Telluride was a success

Tobin’s property was perfect for our group. It had great views from Mountain Village and was just short distance to the lifts. I would definitely recommend Tobin’s property and would love to visit again. The property was very clean and had a lot of extras that were much appreciated (humidifiers for each room so you don’t dry out). Thanks Tobin!

Perfect Stay in a Perfect Home

This was an absolutely gorgeous home in Mountain Village! It was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (actually we had more room than we could use!). Tobin had thought of everything and made us feel very welcome. The home was in immaculate condition and the views out the huge back windows were a treat to wake up to each morning. It was so easy to get into town with the Dial A Ride service and the convenience of the ski locker made this the perfect place for us to stay for our ski vacation. We would gladly stay here again next time our travels bring us to Telluride.

Ski Vacation '23

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our ski vacation to mountain village. This property is exceptional all around with stunning mountain views!!! All the amenities are there with comfortable beds, an inviting hot tub and media room for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The property owners were super attentive and communicating with them was a breeze. An added benefit was the ski locker and the Dial-A-Ride (DAR) service provided for traveling to the village center and back. We highly recommend this property for an unforgettable getaway on your next trip to Telluride!

Expectations exceeded!

Our home away from home during the bluegrass festival, and I could not be happier about it! Perfect accommodations for a group of 7, including 5 college-aged musicians who slept in the lower level guest room and media room. We woke up to bluegrass music and mind-blowing views every morning! Heaven on earth! The view from the great room, main level balcony, and hot tub is incredible. The house is gorgeous, spacious, comfortable, and incredibly well appointed. From extra linens to a well-stocked kitchen, we found everything we needed and more. Thank you to the hosts for having us. They were very accessible and responsive….part host/part concierge, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Great memories were made here!

Fantastic house, convenient location, welcoming host

Tobin's house is a gem, conveniently located with amazing views, space to stretch out, and all the comforts and amenities of home. He and Jen were welcoming and responsive hosts. The DAR is incredibly convenient, as is the access to Tobin's ski locker. Everything is there that one requires to cook, not only spices, etc., but also utensils and cleaning supplies that are sometimes lacking in a house rental. This was like you were just borrowing your friends' home, and they just left you everything you might need. I am in the hospitality industry, and so there is a high bar. We couldn't have been more delighted!

Perfect house for a family holiday

We stayed in this gorgeous home for a month over Christmas and it was nothing short of spectacular. The views are amazing, furnishings are excellent, the kitchen works well, the master bedroom is very spacious, and the dial a ride service was super friendly and quick to transport us to and from skiing, mountain village core and the market. The house has everything you would wish for on a ski vacation from a steam shower, outdoor spa, gas fireplace, home cinema, Sonos music system, outdoor bbq, to really comfortable furniture and bedding. I really can't think of anything we wanted for. We have rented homes through VRBO a number of times and this was the best presented we have stayed in. In a sense the pictures on VRBO don't really do the home justice. My family have a home in Beaver Creek, however we wanted to try another resort and a larger ski field. As it was, we didn't ski the entire mountain range as it's so huge. Our three children loved the ski school and their instructors were very enthusiastic and professional. Kim the owner was also really helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Would highly recommend this property.

Best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in!

Where do I start? This place is a dream! The house is even more beautiful than the pictures, the scenery from the living room windows is absolutely magical, and the owners have thought of everything to make you feel right at home! I don’t usually leave reviews unless I’m either SUPER happy or SUPER disappointed, this is a super happy review. Do not hesitate to stay here. If I could move into this house and live there forever I would. Thank you for sharing such a special place with us! For possible renters - here’s the important stuff- 1. The beds are super comfy 2. The showers are AMAZING (especially the master shower) 3. The floors are heated 4. The kitchen has absolutely everything you’ll need 5. The hot tub is to die for 6. It’s super close and convenient to mountain village and little grocery store near gondola (probably wouldn’t be able to walk there easily in the winter), there’s a free parking garage right there by the gondola so that’s great. 7. Make sure you turn on the fireplace in the evening, it makes everything feel sooooo cozy. Anyway, obviously you can tell I love this place, hopefully I’ll be able to stay there again sometime.
