This second-floor condo is located in Sunset Village, a community with grounds that include two outdoor pools, a tennis court, and grills for afternoon barbecues. The area is a haven for beach-goers, just six miles from breathtaking Sunset Beach and eight miles from lovely Ocean Isle Beach (with an assortment of sand toys even provided for your beach days). Tee off at one of the famous golf courses in the immediate area or enjoy the shopping and dining options in nearby Calabash, North Myrtle Beach, and Shallotte.

With its high ceilings and open, breezy layout, this condo is a joy to return to after a day of family activity. The main living space seamlessly combines a well-equipped kitchen, both a breakfast bar and a dining room table, and a living room where you can gather in the evenings. Choose one of the provided board games to set up at the coffee table, pile on the soft sectional to watch movies, or step out onto the balcony for coffee and dessert at sunset.

The three bedrooms include a lake-facing primary suite which opens to the balcony. Other home essentials include a private washer/dryer, central air conditioning, a hair dryer, an iron/ironing board, a Keurig, a blender, a toaster, and complimentary WiFi.
