We have been informed that there will be construction work at Suntide III that could affect your upcoming reservation. The project is scheduled to take 150 days, from September 17, 2025, through February 13, 202; however, factors such as weather and changes in scope may extend this timeline. The improvement project will involve simultaneous work on both the beachside and bayside of the building, specifically on balconies of all units ending in 03, 04, and 05, the north and south elevator shafts (with one elevator always operational), and the A/C unit condenser storages.
During the south elevator shaft and A/C condenser storages work, the south staircase will be closed to guests. During work on the north elevator and A/C condenser storages the north staircase will be closed. The work in the A/C condenser storage areas may require the movement of some of the air conditioner units. As a result, some rental units may experience air conditioner outages for a temporary period of time. Emergency exit signs and evacuation plans will be posted during the maintenance. One of the staircases will always be accessible during construction. One of the elevators will remain in operation at all times . The outdoor pool and patio area will not be affected during the renovation project. The indoor pool and spa will also remain open and accessible. Please expect some adjustments to access points, scaffolding in the back of the building, construction noise, and dust throughout the duration of the improvement project. All other units ending in x01, x02, x06, x07, x08, x09 and x10 on all 12 floors will remain open.

Nestled on the ground floor just steps from the waves and sounds of the shore, this beachfront condo is a coastal oasis! Walk to the beach, or watch the sunrise over the Gulf from your furnished patio. As part of the community at Suntide III, you’ll enjoy excellent on-site amenities, including indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, tennis courts, a sauna, and a gym.
Relax in the well-lit living area, furnished with a sofa and love seat. Sliding glass doors to the patio create a seamless indoor/outdoor flow in the space. When the sun sets, make some popcorn and watch a new movie on the 44-inch cable TV.
Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances. Sip morning coffee at the two-seat kitchen bar. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table. In the evenings, treat yourself to a nightcap at the wet bar.
Your centrally located retreat is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, a supermarket, liquor store, and a movie theater. A free public bus also stops right outside the front gate -- offering easy access to superb attractions on the island, as well as Port Isabel.

Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation.Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.The Reservation Holder must be at the front desk during Check-In, The front desk will not permit any other guest in the party to check in without the reservation holder present during the check-in process.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
