A secluded North Carolina getaway, this updated cabin overlooks stunning mountain vistas! A true focal point of the cabin is its expansive deck, furnished with rockers. HOA requires that all guests be related, otherwise no more than 4 individuals are permitted at one time.

Inside, you'll immediately feel at home amidst the warm wood finishes, vaulted ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room is a perfect spot to cozy up for stories, stargazing sessions, and board game nights. Fully equipped for all of your cooking needs, the chef's kitchen displays granite countertops, a center island, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When it comes time to eat, gather around the formal dining table and indulge in all of your delicious dishes. Off the kitchen, you'll even have access to a separate laundry room.

Elegantly decorated and boasting private deck access, the primary en suite bedroom is a peaceful haven for the main guests. The attached bathroom features both a walk-in shower and a large jetted tub. There are four additional bedrooms to sprawl out in, all cooled by central air-conditioning. Internet access and a Pack-N-Play round out the creature comforts inside.

Nearby, all-season adventure can be found at Sapphire Valley Resort, Turtleback Falls, Gorges State Park, Old Edwards Club, and Whitewater Falls.

THINGS TO KNOW
-The home has the option to buy Sapphire Valley amenities for $5 per day or $25 per week per person. This will give you access to two swimming pools, a hot tub, a sauna, a complete gym, tennis courts, a basketball court, pickleball, miniature golf, and paddle boating and swimming at Fairfield Lake. All just a short drive from the home.
-Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts. No Cable TV.
-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
-This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
-All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
