Step into our spacious and airy coastal haven boasting 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, ensuring ample room and privacy for all guests. Feel relaxing right away in our family beach house, where every corner exudes warmth and comfort. Whether you're seeking a family getaway, a group gathering, or a peaceful solo escape, our home promises a memorable stay filled with relaxation and rejuvenation.

*Each bathroom is a full bath, with either a shower, tub, or both, and includes fluffy towels and premium toiletries

Yes, the host was very welcoming. This was our second time staying here. It offers nice, clean space, a good location, and a nicely stocked kitchen. The large, clean garage was also a bonus. I would recommend this property.

We had a great time in this spacious beach house. The location was ideal for our family. We enjoyed the beach, the Long Beach aquarium and a Duffy boat ride.

Our stay at Lynn's beach home was, without question, the best vacation we've ever had.The home was absolutely spotless. My daughter, who works in high-end hospitality, said it was the cleanest vacation rental she has ever stayed in. The home was exactly as pictured—beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained.This was our annual "Cousin Camp," with four grandchildren and three adult daughters, and the house was perfect for our group. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, and there were multiple areas where we could play games, relax, and enjoy family meals together.The two-car garage was a wonderful convenience, and the location couldn't have been better. Being so close to the bay made it easy to run back whenever we needed something. Lynn also provides ample beach equipment in the garage, so we never had to worry about bringing extras.Lynn was an exceptional host. She checked in during our first few days, always responded quickly to my questions, and even welcomed us with a huge, delicious cookie.All eight of us agreed the beds were incredibly comfortable. One of my grandsons even wanted to buy the same mattress for his room! The home was also generously stocked with all the basic supplies we needed.We'll definitely be back. My grandchildren voted this their NUMBER 1 COUSIN CAMP of the past ten years. Thank you, Lynn, for all the thoughtful touches that made our family vacation so special and created memories we'll cherish for years to come.

Host was responsive. Kitchen equipped with expresso maker, coffee bean grinder, coffee maker and more. I only missed not having a garlic press. Spacious, modern, and comfortable seating for our group of six. Quiet but busy neighborhood. The only downside is the 11 AM check-out. It should be at least 1 PM.

Amazing

This house was magnificent and looked as good in person as it did in the photos, maybe even better! The two master bedrooms and bathrooms were gigantic! The house was super clean, beautifully decorated, in great condition, and so well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! I can’t say enough about the Hostess, Lynn, and her quick responses. She usually replied to my questions within minutes! We had one small issue with the grill which was handled and fixed promptly! I truly can’t say enough about this gorgeous house and Lynn as the most attentive, kind, helpful hostess! We all wish we had more time there and were not ready to leave! Thank you, Lynn!!!

This house was perfect for our two-family beach weekend. Super clean and fresh, with large dual masters for the two sets of parents and three other rooms for all the kids, it was the perfect size and space. It never felt crowded or overwhelming; everyone was very comfortable the whole time. The kitchen is large and contains high-end appliances plus all the equipment you could possibly need. The host is super thoughtful as well and all of her “extras” were deeply appreciated. Would 100% rent again.

The house was very clean but the chemical smells from the cleaning products were very strong, especially for the sheets. The fragrance was so strong that it bothered my lungs every night, even causing an asthma attack one of the nights. The smells lasted the entire time we were there (5 days, 4 nights). Also, there is a house across the street that is being rebuilt and the construction began every morning at 7am, waking us up even with a white noise machine in our room. It was very disappointing as it was our only vacation to sleep in. On the positive side, the house was lovely and well appointed. The location was great as we spent a couple days relaxing on the bay shore. It was a quick and easy walk from the house. The home had everything we needed, including towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. for the beach. The owner was very helpful, providing information about restaurants and activities. She also very kindly left a special treat with a lovely card for our arrival. The garage was a bit tricky to fit my large SUV (Tahoe), but we made it work. The only other downside was the town closes some of the roads during the day, complicating already complicated streets that are one way. We had to go in circles until we figured out how to get to the alley we needed to access the garage.

We were surprised by several of the concerns raised, as none of these issues were reported to us during the stay. Had we been notified, we would have immediately investigated and worked to address any concerns. The home is professionally cleaned and maintained to high standards. Construction activity on neighboring properties and temporary road closures, while uncommon, are outside of our control. We take great pride in providing an exceptional guest experience and appreciate all feedback.
