Fantastic Beach Vacation

We loved our stay in FMB. The house was very clean and comfortable and perfect for our group. Short walk to the beach and great location to bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Island time retreat

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and an open kitchen living area. The staff was quick to respond to any need and Donny the maintenance man was wonderful. We would stay there again

Great location. Easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. House was clean and mostly very nice. The only weird part was that the house is 95% perfect. There are a few parts like the backyard and small finishes that aren't completed well.

Spring Break

Spacious, clean and comfy! Five adults and never felt cramped!! Short walk to the beach! Great place to stay! We’d definitely book this house again!

Beach Week

The house was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. Great walk to the beach. The water temperature was perfect, except it was murky. Enjoyed the week, the house and the beach and will be back again.

Great Family Vacation

Our family stayed at this property for the week. It was so spacious and everyone had their own privacy with plenty of bedrooms. The bathrooms with 3 showers was also a plus. Easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of space for parking. We will be back to enjoy the sun and sand!

Great location. Nicely stocked beach amenities. Kitchen could benefit from a spice & basics inventory. We had a issue with the garbage disposal that took some time to get resolved, but once they arrived they did fix it correctly the first time.The property management company responded well to questions about the property. Love that it had a grill and that I came with a full tank.

Lots of Dead bugs biggest complaint The master shower door you could barely open and fit intoThe family room area had glass top end tables, which were not safe for kids. They were removable and the glass moved. They were not very sturdy.Also, the beach was close by, but a very long city block to get to itWould not recommend it for families

Perfect Beach Bunglow

We rented this place for a quick getaway to the beach. Is was perfect! Spacious property, 3 bathrooms a bonus for our family, and only a short walk to the beach. We were able to spend time hanging on the front yard for pre-dinner drinks, then easily walked to Margaritaville for food and entertainment. Very clean and management was easy to work with. Would recommend for a reasonably priced beach week. Plan to come back and stay again next year!

Yes and the house was as advertised except I would not describe the kitchen as well stocked. There is limited silverware and no hand mixer. Serving dishes are very limited. We would stay again but bring some personal items from home.

Great place with lots of room

Home was so roomy and comfy. Four bedrooms,with own air conditioning ,for everyone to have their own space. Huge spacious living room with kitchen that allowed everyone to be together for meals and entertainment. Couch was amazing and allowed everyone to sit and enjoy a movie at night after a day at the beach. Well stocked with what is needed for a great stay. Short walk to the beach and restaurants in Ft. Meyers. Great communication with rental company. Thank you!

Fantastic Home / Fantastic Location / Fantastic Time!

I highly recommend the Island Time Retreat! The home is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is open and spacious, giving lots of room to make a snack or a meal. The large kitchen table makes it easy for you and your guests to gather together to start or end their days catching up about the fun they're having. The bedrooms are large, and the beds super comfortable. The bathrooms are large and up to date. The Master Bathroom is very large, with an oversized shower. The home is just minutes from the beach on one end and a bay side view on the other end. It's also centrally located in Ft. Myers, making it easy to quickly get to the grocery store or, better yet, go to one of the many nearby bars and restaurants. I highly recommend a stay at Island Time Retreat.
