Peaceful Dog-Friendly Retreat

Ready for a relaxing getaway? Make magical memories and be our guest at Lil' Blue Bungalow! Enjoy easy access to delicious restaurants, local shops, and fun activities the Lake Geneva area has to offer. Whether you've spent the day at the lake, hiking nearby trails, or exploring town, the bungalow is the perfect place to come back and unwind. Cozy up around the backyard fire pit, take in the peaceful surroundings, and enjoy the stars while keeping an eye out for wildlife that often wander by!

The space:
Nestled in the quaint and laid-back Lake Como community, you'll love the feeling of being away from it all after a day of exploring.

During the fall, winter, and early spring, you can enjoy seasonal views of Lake Como from the bungalow! The Lake Como community beach is about a 15-minute walk or a 6-minute bike ride away. Most guests choose to drive the kayaks to the lake.

The bungalow offers two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a queen pull-out sofa bed. The primary suite features an en-suite bathroom and a laundry closet available during your stay. The second bedroom is located on the opposite side of the home with a full bathroom just down the hall for added privacy. Both bedrooms feature queen beds, and the second bedroom also includes a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi.

Start your morning at our cozy coffee corner! Whether you're a drip coffee fan, Nespresso lover, tea drinker, or French press enthusiast, you'll have everything you need to start your day.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishes, cookware, utensils, blender, toaster oven, and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. If you love to bake like we do, you'll also find baking sheets, mixing bowls, a hand mixer, and a cookie scoop!

The house features lots of beautiful natural light. Cozy up on the living room couch with the 55" Smart TV or enjoy the warm ambiance of the electric fireplace.

High-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with preinstalled apps like Netflix, Hulu, and Prime Video are available (guests will need to log in with their own accounts).

Linens, towels, pillows, and blankets are provided. We also provide special dog towels and blankets so your furry family members don't have to share with their humans. :)

Family-friendly: A Pack 'n Play and highchair are provided for our littlest guests.

We are passionate about the environment and proudly donate 1% of every stay through our membership with 1% for the Planet.

Floor fans are provided in each room, and a space heater is also available.

Garage:

Summer amenities (May–September, weather permitting): Two stand-up paddleboards, two kayaks, two fat-tire beach cruisers, and four life jackets are available for guest use.

Access to the garage and recreational equipment is permitted only after all guests have signed the required liability waiver provided by the Host. The garage may not be used for parking or storage and is reserved solely for accessing the recreational equipment.

Please note that a vehicle is needed to transport the kayaks and paddle-boards to the nearby public launch on Lake Como.

Outside:

Outside, you'll find a spacious backyard with a fire pit, back deck with a patio table and chairs, and a covered patio featuring cozy twinkle lights, an egg chair, and the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. (Please note outdoor furniture is stored during the winter months.)

Guest access:
Parking is available for confirmed guests in the attached driveway.

Only registered guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property. Please ensure all guests are included at the time of booking.

Dogs are welcome! We provide a dog blanket for the couch, food and water bowls, a feeding mat, poop bags, treats, and a lint roller.

Please include your dog on the reservation or let us know after booking so we can prepare the bungalow accordingly for your furry friend.

Dog waste must be picked up immediately and properly disposed of throughout your stay.

Pets may not be left unattended unless they are well-trained and remain quiet. Puppies under one year of age are not permitted.

Other things to note:
Guests are responsible for keeping the bungalow in good condition and for the cost of any missing or damaged items.

For the safety and security of our guests and property, a Ring video doorbell is located at the front entrance facing the driveway. A noise monitoring device is also in use.

This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping anywhere on the property will result in a $300 fine. Parties and events are strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine.

We love our quiet neighborhood and ask all guests to respect our neighbors. If you're looking for a place to party, this is not the right property for you.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.

Lake Como offers a quiet escape while staying just minutes from everything the Lake Geneva area has to offer. We're about 8 minutes from downtown Lake Geneva, 10 minutes from Williams Bay, and the Lake Como community beach is just a 15-minute walk or 6-minute bike ride away.

Planning a seasonal getaway? We're just 12–15 minutes from Lake Geneva's Winterfest and Ice Castles, 11–13 minutes from several golf courses, and within 20 minutes of local ski resorts. If you love the outdoors, you'll also find beautiful hiking trails nearby, including the scenic Lake Geneva Shore Path.
