This retreat features 3 distinct and fully renovated homes. 10 miles to Hunter Mountain Resort and 21 miles to Windham. I was able to enjoy a short but very pleasant stay in such a clean and cozy space. The host was extremely kind and provided prompt responses and clear guidance throughout our stay. It’s a wonderful place for families with children to relax and have fun, and it would also be perfect for couples. Within 4–5 miles, you can easily find gas stations and convenience stores for any basic needs.

The house is full of great amenities that made our stay quite relaxing and enjoyable - clearly a lot of thought went in to the set up and everything was generally in excellent condition. The teens particularly enjoyed the game room and projector for watching movies, and it was nice to come back to a hot tub and/or massage chair session after a day of antiquing in the neighboring towns. Amy was very pleasant to work with. I note that the street right outside the house was a bit busier than I was expecting but I knew it was on a main street so that is on me - the listing is accurate. Thank you for a nice holiday break

The facilities were perfect. Super clean, really nice amenities for all ages. The kids loved the hot tub in the evenings. Thought went into every detail of the home. The separate apartments were perfect for the grandparents to go to bed early! Very close to Hunter Mountain. I would definitely recommend and hope to return next winter for a ski weekend!

Amy is a great host. There was good amount of snow fall the day before our stay, host cleared up the property so that we were able to use as many amenities as possible. Check in process was simple and house was very clean as shown in pictures. Kids had a lot of fun in the game room and on the bunk beds. Living room was very spacious and everyone in the group had so much fun.

OMG home checked all the boxes for our extended family celebration...location, cleanliness,large fully equipped kitchen, great gathering room and a game room. The children ages 3 to 9 years loved the bunk room to watch movies. Both the adults and children enjoyed the game room with the arcades and basketball. Since we were celebrating a birthday milestone and early Thanksgiving we needed ample space to cook, serve and celebrate. The home certainly served us well with these. Unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy the outdoor activities but there were sufficient board games to keep everyone busy and entertained. The second home is located a stones throw down the path from the main home. There are 2 apartments side by side, with full kitchens, baths, tv and laundry. We took our overflow of food and used the frigs there. We will definitely stay here again as we all have great memories!

Beautiful kitchen setup with all the necessities. Rooms in the main house themselves are a bit tighter than pictured in terms of walking space. Quick responses with the host. Unfortunately didn't get to use most of the outdoor amenities due to the weather.

Great space for a tight knit group

Really enjoyed our time there. The place is well appointed and easily has everything you need to be comfortable. This could be a lot of fun to come back during the summer when we can take advantage of the rest of the property. We did get a good snow volume during our visit but a plow showed up pretty early I the morning and got the driveway cleared enough for us to get out. Really appreciated that the hosts had that already planned for so we didn’t spend our trip shoveling out

Amazing property for a group or family, better than listing!

We stayed here for a family milestone birthday and holiday. It is not in a walkable / town area, but there are major stores and grocery within an easy 10 min drive and some great Hudson River and Catskills tourist places very close by. We were coming from North and South as well as by train and the Amtrak station was less than 20min away. The property has a large remodeled main house and an outbuilding with 2 small suites. This was perfect for a big family with lots of different ages and needs. The game room was great, the kitchen was very well appointed and lots of convenient appliances like coffee, tea, ice, air fryer, instant pot. Laundry, and the outdoor space and grills are great. Kids loved the pond and pickleball/basketball court. It is larger and nicer than it appeared on the listing. Some small things to know; one bedroom is in the pass through towards the game room, so it has the least privacy. Each room has its own mini split which is nice for different temp preferences but you need to know how to use/set them. The kids bunk room is great, it does have a large window and the projector screen serves as a curtain. No shoes in the house. When I saw the listing I thought it might be better for summer vs winter visits. Nope! It was great for a chilly Nov stay, would come again in winter, and must be amazing in summer with so much outdoor lounge and play space. The host was also very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended and great value for the money.

Amazing Family Trip

This place is exactly as pictured and described (and more). The house was very clean, neat and very well stocked. Host is super easy and pleasant to deal with. It's evident that a lot of thought went into designing and furnishing this house to accommodate various types of getaways. Ours was a family trip. With 8 kids ranging from the 6 month old to the 16 year old; Each of us found our little corner to spread out and plenty to do within the property. We loved every minute! Thank You Amy! The one thing we'd love to have when we visit again... is a heater in the pool. Although there's a solar cover, on cooler days (75 degrees) the pool was too cold for us to enjoy.

Great place for family and friends

We had an extended weekend getaway this summer at this amenity rich home and had a blast. Not only did it accommodate our multi family party, we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of amenities this home had to offer. Paddleball / basketball on a newly renovated and beautiful court, axe throwing, corn holing, swimming in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, roasting marshmallows s'mores over the fire pit, bbq-ing were just some of the activities this home provided... and that was only on the outside. Inside we took advantage of table tennis, billiards, arcade machines, multiple rooms with projectors, board games, a spacious open concept kitchen and living room. To top off our vacation, the host was very accommodating to an early arrival and late departure. I would highly recommend this home to all my friends and family. Warning: be cautious of speeding cars on the road adjacent to the home.
