Our family of 10, including two 3 year olds and one infant, had a fabulous time. You cannot beat the outside activities. We used almost everything from the pool, cold plunge, sauna, hot tub, pickleball court, and even the tea room!

We had the best time at Luna Cove! The house was comfortable, well equipped, close to what we needed and so fun for a girls weekend. Will definitely be coming back!

Great property and support from owners!

We loved this property and the management company was very responsive and helpful with tons of recommendations of what to do in the area. Very clean and so much to do within the property.

Nice weekend

All in all it was a beautiful weekend. The house was well equipped. Beds were plentiful and comfortable. Lovely property.

Amazing property, pickle ball court, cozy home theatre attic

I stayed here for a full week with a big group of friends and it was one of the nicest and coziest places we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The pickleball court is A+++, as is the home theatre/attic. While there is no real living room space, there are so many other adorable corners of the house and we were constantly entertained. 10/10 would stay here again!

Perfect for families

This house is a perfect mix of quiet spaces to enjoy and relax and large spaces for groups to spend time together. The massive dining table was perfect for games and meals. The pickleball court is amazing and the pool area is perfect for lounging. So many details make the spaces inviting and comfortable and the hosts have thought of everything you might need. Our family of 14 had a great time and would highly recommend !

Luna Cove

Overall we loved the house and all its amenities. However we have a few complaints / suggestions: Placement of the circuit breakers should be identified for tenants since there is no after hours contact number. The circuit for part of the kitchen tripped Tuesday around 7 am and we didn’t get the location of the circuit breaker until 10 am.. The WI-FI was very intermittent, we had several periods with no wifi, which was a problem when someone had to work for a while. Comfortable chairs or couches are much needed in the 3rd floor tv room. Plastic drink ware should have been provided for the pool and hot tub. Larger glasses would have also been nice. The refrigerator water filter needed replaced. Also the water was dispensed very, very slowly. The drain in the 1st floor bathroom next to the 2 bedrooms drained extremely slowly. I had asked if pool towels and yoga mats were supplied and was told no. There were plenty of both. It was especially annoying to bring pool towels for everyone that weren’t needed

Our Favorite Rental House!

Hands down the best house I've ever rented. Our yearly tradition involves me planning a getaway trip for my entire extended family and most houses are usually sufficient. This house totally blew me out of the water! Amazing pool, sauna, jacuzzi and a play room for the kids. Usually we would need to plan activities for the little kids (between 5-10 years old). The kids did not even want to leave the house. The home is honestly stunning and even better than some of the homes we stayed in the Hamptons. We will be back!!!

We rented the house for a family reunion ages 2 to great-grandma 93. It worked for all. The property manager/Host was easy to contact for with any questions we had. The amenities on the property are great for children and adults. There are 2 first floor bedrooms so great grandma can avoid the stairs. The pool area has a bar and separate TV which is convenient. The cabanas are great for taking a break from the sun or a nap. THe large kitchen area is great for dinners together - 15 people fit the table. Grocery stores are conveniently located - 10 min away,The 3rd floor home theater with large TV, is great for movie nights. The separate apartment was great for a family with young children for quiet sleep area at bedtime. The surrounding area Is good for golfers, and hikers.

This home is truly a home with everything you could ever want or need. Perfect location ... beautiful landscape, super spacious, clean and stocked! Our family of 15 LOVED every second of our stay!!

This property was truly amazing. Plenty of space to fan out. Pool was incredible. A few of the younger people tried the cold plunge and the sauna. The older people loved the massage chair and the red light therapy bed. My daughter taught yoga on the side and we even got in a class with her in the yoga room. They pretty much thought of everything. We had 15 people there, including a baby and a toddler. Having the annex was perfection, though we had trouble getting into the annex that day because of a wrong code. With 15 people we ate a lot of meals at home. The kitchen could’ve used a few more everyday utensils ie liquid measuring cup, clips for chips, rolling pin (we ended up making pizzas out on the grill. My friend luckily brought a huge pizza stone. The area has some nice restaurants and cute little towns to wander in. Let me suggest Pomodoro’s if you want catering of Italian food. It’s in Catskill. Definitely visit Olana the grounds are free to walk, but we took the tour of the house and it was very well done. We also visited the cidery in Catskill and tried their brews.
