Located just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Soco Falls, Cherokee, and the Cataloochee Ski Area, this inviting cottage is your perfect “home away from home” for your Great Smoky Mountain adventure.

Smoky Mountain Solace is a charming and stylish cottage with incredible views of the Great Smoky Mountains. It is located in the beautiful town of Maggie Valley in a peaceful and centrally located neighborhood often visited by a local herd of elk.

When you arrive, you will find a gravel driveway and parking for 2 vehicles. Travel up a few stairs to the covered porch that wraps around the front of the house so you can enjoy the mountain views in all types of weather.

As you step inside, you’ll immediately feel right at home. This stylish cottage is filled with cozy furniture and
stocked with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The living room offers a gas log fireplace, great for those cool mountain evenings, and a smart tv.

The open floor plan continues into the dining area with plenty of seating for a relaxing meal, or a space for those in need of an area to work remotely. Just off the dining area is the fully stocked and updated kitchen with everything you will need for cooking and dining.

Just off the dining area, travel down the hall and find two lovely bedrooms, stylishly decorated with comfortable beds and high-quality linens. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, smart tv, and an attached full bath for your comfort and convenience. French doors let in plenty of natural light and give access to the covered porch and breathtaking views.

Across the hall is the guest bedroom, with a queen bed, smart tv, and plenty of space to relax after a day in the mountains. The second full bath off this hallway serves this bedroom. Also located in the hallway is a full size washer and dryer for use during your stay. Should you be traveling with a slightly larger party, the living room sofa converts to a full-size bed to accommodate up to 2 more guests, with a complete set of linens to make it cozy and comfortable.

Step back outside to the covered porch and pull up a rocking chair to relax and soak in the views. There is also a propane grill here for our guests to use.

Just off the porch is a fire pit perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, having a glass of wine, and enjoying the beautiful scenery.

Smoky Mountain Solace is located in a quiet neighborhood very near the center of Maggie Valley. It is very convenient to all the area attractions and accessible all year long.

You will need a car to best enjoy Maggie Valley and the other area attractions.

There is a short flight of three stairs to enter the home. The rest is all one level.

The driveway is gravel and this property cannot accommodate recreational vehicles of trailers.
-Pets are welcome! We ask that you please keep them off the furniture and bedding and clean up after than outside. Thank you!
-There is a $75 pet fee per stay it is automatically added if your pet is included in the booking.
-Fire accelerants such as lighter fluid, are not permitted at the property.
