4 Seat Street Legal 'golfvogn' til zip rundt Ko Olina! 2 Master soveværelser med super komfortable Cal-King senge, så alle er glade. De børn / børnebørn vil elske den nye køje rum. Plads til 4 børn i deres eget fantastiske 'fort', mens du kommer til at slappe af på din egen private lanai med udsigt over Disney Aulani, tag et par runder golf på den prisvindende Ko Olina Golfbane eller få en massage på nye Four Seasons Resort på Ko Olina! Fantastiske restauranter inden for en kort gåtur (eller golf cart ride), cykler til at komme rundt i byen, legetøj til at underholde børnene, at tv med Netflix underholde alle, en BBQ for adstadigt middage på Lanai - du vil ikke ønsker at forlade! Enheden er "lager" med alt hvad du behøver - fra en barneseng og klapvogn til dine små til boogie boards, snorkel gear, strand legetøj og selvfølgelig den helt nye golfvogn til de 'store børn'. Cal King seng med fantastisk memory foam madras i master og twin senge i 2. soveværelse. Du vil ikke gerne forlade, men hvis du gør det, er Costco, Safeway, Target bare et par miles op ad vejen. Pearl Harbor & Waikiki er en kort 30 minutters kørsel og North Shore surfing spots er omkring en time. Ko Olina har den bedste strand på Oahu, golf, en marina og fantastiske restauranter.

Du kan kontakte Ko Olina Golf Club re: potentialet for at leje en ekstra plet (ca. 0,4 mil fra villaerne), men vi gør ingen garanti for tilgængelighed.

Excellent accomodations

The Villa is located in a very quiet gated community, and the resort area is very well maintained. Being a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit served our family perfectly. The Villa has high end appliances and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The garage is filled with toys for grownups and children alike, including a 4 person electric vehicle, 5 bicycles, lawn chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and lots of snorkeling equipment. The two swimming pools in the resort are terrific for kids. We would certainly recommend this Villa to friends and family.

Having little things like "good knives" and pots/pans, gadgets can really make a difference when it comes to enjoying making a meal. Ideal place for family vacation

Fantastic property with everything you would need for a family holiday. Hosts were amazing with their thoughtfulness and care in making sure we were set up for our stay and you can tell that they are truly proud to share their home with us. The golf buggy was an ideal way to get around Ko olina and even without the buggy, beach was only 10-15 min walk through the golf course shortcut. Fantastic stay and would definitely recommend.

Hawaii fun

The home is beautiful. Very well appointed. Everything we needed for our family of 7. The owner was very responsive to all of our issues. Issue 1 no ice maker. Owner volunterred to refund for large bag of ice. Issue 2 ac did not work for 3 nights. Owner called in someone to repair it. Thank you for fixing it but it felt strange that we were being watched remotely by our ac use and the doorbell camera. The owner turned down the ac one morning when she thought we were all out of the house when only 5 of the family left. We awoke to 81 degrees. At that point we felt strange like we were being "watched". The Gem car was awesome. It was a pain to have to move the car each time we used it. But , we chose to use the Gem. It was fun. Overall a great stay. Comfy beds and lots of extras.

We're so happy you loved the property and amenities! We were happy to accommodate you when you realized at the last minute that your flight arrived 12 hours earlier than expected due to a time change and offered an 8am no charge early arrival. Unfortunately, the ice-maker issue was discovered during guest turnover and due to the early arrival we were unable to get it fixed or provide ice so offered to pay for ice throughout the stay. So glad we were able to get the AC fixed w/in 24 hrs of the issue being reported to us - we know no one likes a hot house! There is some confusion as we did not change the thermo remotely, but only checked it to be sure it was working after the repair. Aloha & Mahalo for your review.

Peaceful home away from home!

We really enjoyed the house. The master bed was very comfortable. We appreciated all the board games to play when we were in the house. We've stayed in other places where it's bare but this felt like a real home. The community was safe and quiet. The pool was nice and not too far away. The GEM car was fun and easy to use and we loved having beach chairs & toys to use at the lagoon. The only nuisance was moving the our rental car every time we wanted to use the GEM car as there was no where else to park. Beautiful vacation!

Beyond fabulous!

Experience could not have been better! The property was beyond our expectations and Betsy way super accommodating and made our experience absolutely perfect in every way! Stayed with 3 kiddos and everyone had more than enough space! Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Central A/C worked perfectly. Super safe upscale neighborhood a couple blocks from amazing lagoons, which we visited daily. Gulf cart was super convenient. Having three bathrooms after the beach was super convenient, as was having a washer and dryer in the unit. Saltwater Pool was gorgeous and the kids loved it! Grill on patio was awesome and we used it a lot! Gorgeous upper level with private master bath- second upper level bedroom sleeps 4 kids in separate beds, and is far enough away from master to give privacy- second bath upstairs was great. Main level also has a bedroom and a bathroom- not a private bath down here which was nice so everyone could use it. About a 20 min drive to Waikiki. Many shuttles pick you up from Disney resort and four seasons right by, which you can drive the golf cart to easily. Can take gold cart a few blocks away to ice cream shop, pizza place, coffee shop, ABC store, and local shops. This home is pretty much on the golf course! Beach lagoons were not crowded and have wave breakers, so it’s super safe for kids to swim without worrying about undertow etc. my 12 year old spent hours trying to catch a small fish in a bucket lol Everything was super clean and amenities were outstanding! Plenty of towels and dishes. Cleaning supplies provided. Communication from owner was super prompt and she is so kind and always willing to help with whatever you need! I really can’t say enough great things about this experience! First time using VRBO so I was a bit nervous, but all was seemless! I would give this ten stars if I could! I would not have any hesitation renting this, and will absolutely stay here over the Hilton Hawaiian village where I stayed previous visits. So much better here with extra space , especially with kids!

Great Spot in Ko Olina

First off, Betsy was wonderful to deal with. She really made everything easy throughout the whole process. The house is large with plenty of space. The kitchen could be better equipped but there is a Target and Costco nearby with anything you could need. The grounds and pool are wonderful. The location is ideal with a short scenic walk to both the Station and the beach. The golf cart was handier than we expected. It was really nice to be able to load everything into the back and go. The beds were comfortable. The house is very toddler friendly. They have everything you need - booster seat, crib, stair gate, beach toys, etc. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Great Stay!

This is a well maintained property. It is clean, quiet and comfortable. Near Aulani so convenient for participating in events there such as the luau or character dining. Well stocked with beach gear. Keep in mind it’s about 35 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu but that’s what we loved about it. Betsy is amazing very informative and helpful. She made the whole rental process smooth and stress free.

Just as described was in a very nice neighborhood.

Aloha, We very much enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to cook. Living room was large enough to seat everyone comfortably. Bedrooms were nice and these were some of the most comfortable beds we have ever had at a VRBO home....we were very happy with them. Garage was well stocked with items to go to the beach and even things to clean your car with if needed. This was our first trip to Oahu and we were very happy with everything provided! Mahalo!

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful Community!

The kitchen had all you would need. We have rented homes that lacked cooking necessities. Not this house! We even had a crock pot (which we used for meatballs). The grill was also a great addition for burgers and hot dogs. The description when we rented stated they had 3 sets on snorkels and fins. They actually had more than 3. I want to say there were 5 sets. They had bikes we never used and more beach toys for the younger kids that we never used. We only used the golf cart once as it was easier to pile everyone into the van we rented. The house also included more than enough towels and toiletries. Oh and the bed may be the most comfortable bed I have slept on in a rented home! That was a huge plus. If I could submit pictures, I would submit one of the sunset from the lanai in the backyard. Very pretty to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sun go down. When we come back to Oahu, I hope you are still renting this house. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything.

Fully equipped house with walking distance to the Ko Olina lagoons and Luau

A great house inside a gated compound with all equipment you need for staying in the house and for spending time at the beaches. Short distance from Honolulu and close to the Premium Outlet and to Pearl harbor. We were five adults and two kids staying for eight nights. The house felt spacious with great social area. Normally we walked to one of the lagoons in the morning bringing beach chairs, toys and snorkel gear in a trolly available at the house. On our way to the beach we were buying lunch in the supermarket and in the evening we normally used the grill for dinner. We used the golf cart a two times for the bringing the kids to the turtle beach and for the Luau. In the harbor boats are departing for snorkling tours were we where swimming with turtles and saw a lot of dolphins. Great vacation!

Gorgeous high end townhouse

Loved it, very clean and high quality furniture , spacious bedrooms. Master bedroom was very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Very roomy , wooden crib was a nice surprise for my toddler (instead of pack and play). Residential area , secure and beautiful landscaping. my son made some friends at the pool, parents were very friendly too. Also an easy walk to shops - abc store, coffee, money pod restaurant , through the back of the development- and cross the street from there to get to the Alulani and Lagoons 1. We didn’t use the golf cart much . Highly recommend. I can’t really understand why people spend more money to stay at those crowded resorts and be stuffed in a little suite..

It's a great beautiful place and very convenience villa.

We had staied for 42days. Ko Olina is a very beautiful place in Hawaii and the villa is very comfortable for us. We went to the swimming pool and spa where we met neighbors and talked with them, and sometimes we went to the wet'n wild water park for our kids. We have visited Hawaii almost every year. If we come back again in Hawaii, we want to rent this villa again. Mahalo!

Family friendly/Lovely Home

Our family enjoyed this home for our most recent Hawaiian vacation. located near the four lagoons of Ko'Olina you have easy ocean access. The development also has a pool an easy walk from the home. Not to mention many of Hawaii's beautiful beaches an easy drive away. We would stay here again. Owners have provided many necessities for beach and vacation fun.

PLACE OF JOY!

My family and I are missing this home more than we can say! We had the pleasure of staying for a month Jan/Feb 2017 and cannot begin to say enough good things about this house. It did not seem like a rental unit at all but more so "a home away from home" for all of us. The 3 bedroom has more than enough room and living space for all, both in the bedrooms and main area. It is so well equipped with not only the essentials, but above and beyond that. Thank you so much for having items like a wide assortment of spices and oil in the kitchen! It makes cooking so much easier and more enjoyable. We were lucky enough to only have 2 days of rain during this entire time and almost everyday was spent relaxing at the calm lagoons via the very handy golf cart. The ABC nearby has everything you need and our favorite restaurant was the Monkeypod. Ko Olina is also located near the highway which made for easy day trips to Waikiki or the North Shore. Thank you Betsy for making this a most memorable family vacation! We hope to return sooner than later!

Great place, great location

We enjoyed the villa and the area especially the lagoons. We saw the sea turtles in one lagoon. The villa was great and the extras such as the shampoos, dish, and laundry soaps were good quality and we did not run out.Betsy took care of any concerns the we had. We had such a great time that we have booked with Betsy again for next year.

Great place for family vacation.

Securing this rental was a pleasant experience ,well organized for original access and final exit. Rental space was as promised, lots of space in living area and bedrooms. Everything was clean and condo was well stocked. Use of golf cart is a nice feature to get to the beach, although small shopping area and restaurants are 10min. walk. Great snorkeling ,10 min. by car to Kahe point, enjoyed Christmas brunch at the Four Seasons,a fifteen minute walk. Pool area is a nice shared space, relatively uncrowded. I would rent this condo again.

Perfect. Perfect. Perfect!!!!!

We arrived back from our month in this villa and cannot even believe the vacation we had. With two young children and busy lives, a month in Ko O’lina was exactly what our family needed to reconnect. Betsy and Jason have truly made something special in their property. It does not feel like a rental, it feels like home from the moment you arrive. The many “extras” that come with villa are too many to list, but I will try. Starting with the GEM Golf Cart, it is just simply amazing. Our drives to grab a quick bite, or go watch the sunset will definitely be on the top our five year olds list of memories. Everything from shampoo and soap to cooking sprays and tin foil, nothing is missed. We have rented homes on VRBO for the last five years and have never had these kind of furnishings come with a property. The cookware, stove, smart tv’s, coolers, beach gear, and everything else is absolutely top notch! All you need is to show up with your swim suit and be ready to have the time of your life! Great Family Vacation and 50th Wedding Anniversay Celebration

My family stayed in this unit the month of June. We love the KoOlina resort community. Great beaches, golf, restaurants and shopping. Very fortunate to find this listing. Everything was wonderful. 🌴

The house was so nice and had everything we could possibly need. From cooking to trips to the beach, we found what we needed. Chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, ice chests, and even that amazing golf cart to get you to the beach 😃 The lagoons were so beautiful and relaxing. My husband loved the bike rides we took with the bikes, and most importantly for me, the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. I slept so good while we were there. We loved our trips to the Disney resort on the Gem to get a pineapple dole whip, listening to the music from the beach in the evening from the Marriott on the Marriott lagoon, and the quiet days at lagoon #2 It was an Amazing vacation in an amazing home. I would highly recommend this Ko'Olina home, and Betsy was the Best. So easy to work with and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We hope to go back soon! Mahalo! The Tory Family

Wow!

We had such an amazing holiday! The condo went above & beyond our expectations! It was so well equipped & they thought of everything to make this a very special place! The beds were so comfortable & the kids loved the bunk bed room! The use of the GEM car was so great, especially when going to beach! Never had to worry about parking! We would most definetly stay here again!!

Another Great Review!

Simply put, we had a truly wonderful vacation and stay at your beautiful property. First off, Ko Olina is a hidden gem and perhaps the perfect location to accomplish everything you would want on the Island of Oahu. Safe and secure community, perfect, clean and safe beaches, tropical fish, and even sea turtles...who needs Hanauma Bay? For our money though, your property and amenities are simply first rate. The pictures and reviews are true and accurate through and through. You have absolutely no need for anything. Snorkels, to boogie boards, beach toys to chairs and umbrellas, bikes to the GEM electric cart. Everything is there for your use. The home itself is very clean, organized, spacious and extremely comfortable....even the bunk beds and single beds. Our family of 6 + 2 grandparents throughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend this location and this property to anyone interested in having a seamless and carefree vacation. From the stocked Keurig coffee machine to the Weber BBQ, it was home. We certainly hope to be back again and will look no further than to Betsy and Jason for another perfect stay. Fabulous property!

I have so many good things to say about our stay at Lanihonua villa in Ko Olina. First--you will not regret renting this villa! We decided to come to Oahu for a month rather than 2 weeks when we found the cost of this beautiful home would be less than a hotel or beachfront condo. The extra two weeks were so wonderful--really helped us have an I rushed but action-packed vacation. I also chose this unit because it appeared clean--and it was! Immaculate! I'm kind of a germaphobe, so I was thrilled to see that the owners had clean duvets on the beds, rather than bedspreads, and the housekeepers had done a meticulous job preparing the home for our arrival. Another reason we chose it was the included golf cart. Do you need a golf cart? Well, technically no, but having it enhanced our stay so much! It was great zipping around the resort out in the air--just wonderful. What I didn't know when I booked was that Betsy is just fabulous, super helpful and full of "aloha spirit," and that she has a tremendous eye for detail. Everything was considered--Henkel knives, lovely dishes and silverware, nice towels, soaps, cleaning supplies, beach toys, bikes,scooters--I could go on and on. I seriously cried when I had to leave. Ko Olina is truly the "place of joy" and this villa is the perfect place to soak it all in! Mahalo to Betsy and Jason for sharing your fabulous villa!❤️🌴

AMAZING!

We just returned from a glorious month stay at this beautiful Ko Olina rental. We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this one ranks among the best. The owners were delightful to work with, easy to contact, and very accommodating. We loved the beautifully landscaped grounds and the lush tropical setting surrounding the swimming pool. The home is fully equipped with high end appliances and top of the line kitchen utensils. The garage has everything you would want to enjoy the outdoors including bikes, beach toys, snorkeling gear, and so much more. The real gem is the "GEM"! The electric car made getting around so easy and convenient. The Ko Olina lagoons are perfect for families with young children, and we loved snorkeling at Paradise Cove beach with sea turtles and many varieties of tropical fish. We truly did not want to leave this tropical paradise. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone considering staying in the Ko Olina area.
