Perfect setup for us, three rooms and great views. This property and lagoon are much less crowded and much quieter than the adjacent lagoons.

My family and i just spent two weeks in Paradise. 4 weeks ago we spent a week in Alaska and this vacation tops all the vacations we have taken through the years . This was not our first visit to Hawaii, but certainly this home , the location and the attention to detail made our trip memorable. If I could give a higher rating I would . It surpasses a 10. We hope to return when we visit Hawaii again .

Such a perfect place for a family vacation. The unit was beautiful. Kitchen had a nice open layout. Loved that there were 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. View of the ocean! !!! Restaurants and an ABC Islsnd Store were within walking distance. Pool was busy but always found a place to sit. Lagoon beach was quieter than we expected. Lagoon was swimmable - even for little ones. Had a wonderful time.

We loved our stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villas! This was our third time on this property, but our first time in this unit, which felt overall the most homey out of all of our stays. Compared to other 3 bedroom units, the furniture layout is more comfortable...with more couches and seating for guests, and the TV visible from the kitchen while cooking...you feel at home vs at a sparse hotel. The outdoor furniture is very nice and comfortable, creating another space for relaxation. They had coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards...everything you could want for the beach. Every last detail for guests was considered!

We LOVED our stay here!!! The ocean view is phenomenal, the condo layout was perfect for our family, the staff at the resort are very friendly and welcoming, the facilities/pools are wonderful, it is close to restaurants and shopping, and the owners were fantastic to work with in preparing for our trip to Hawaii! We absolutely loved our stay here and hope to go back in the future!

Wonderful villa experience - our best VRBO stay so far and we will love to go back sometime.Villa was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped to meet our needs. No complaints! The location was awesome with the view from the lanai and the proximity to the lagoon. We brought our own snorkel equipment and loved seeing the fish around the rock pile in the lagoon. I even saw a turtle during one of our snorkel swims. We appreciate that you had beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, and beach toys for guest use.We found a lot of great meal options within walking distance when we didn’t want to cook.Only one very minor recommendation is to replace the bed sleeping pillows which were very flat and past the prime for ant support, especially in the primary suite bed.It was a perfect place to stay as recent empty nesters reconnecting with our young adult children on at least one more family vacation together.

Right on the beach!

This is a great place to stay, the beach is so nice and all of the pools make it so relaxing. We had fun having drinks at the bar and listening to the live music. Very nice location being right next to Disney and the other resorts.

This is the second year in a row that we stayed at the Beach Villas, and we will probably be coming back again next year. Amazing property, especially for families.

Resort week

Wonderful week in spacious, well-appointed 3 bedroom condo. We enjoyed the beach, snorkeling, pools, gym, resort restaurant, and beautiful views from the condo. Would rent again!

Truly Paradise

This was a phenomenal stay! Beautiful resort and unit, with all we could dream of and more! We loved the lagoons and smaller, quieter feel of this resort compared to the larger hotels nearby. We’ve also been Maui fans until we experienced the Ko Olina area and all it has to offer. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property

My family was very impressed with the villa and the location -- amazing! The owner's listing details are accurate and everything was provided. The resort area is peaceful and well managed. It was the perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of the island. So grateful that we were able to stay here and have this experience.

Unit 807 is a beautiful villa in a great location, comfortable, spacious and clean. It was perfect for our group of five adults and a 2 yr old. The lanai with ocean view overlooking lush gardens and pools was the perfect place for relaxing and work. An updated well-equipped kitchen, paper goods and toiletries, beach towels and chairs, snorkeling gear, informative welcome book and guide books, free underground parking and a late checkout were all very much appreciated. Lagoon beaches, many restaurants and a cute shopping area are all within walking distance. The hosts were pleasant and responsive to my many questions. We all loved the welcoming Aloha spirit! Mahalo!

Lovely place

This was a wonderful place to stay. We had lots of room for our whole family. The staff was all super friendly and checkin was easy. Our hosts were very responsive as well! We would definitely recommend Steve and Sherrie’s place! Thank you!

Perfect place in paradise

This listing was excellent is so many ways - the owners were very responsive and answered all of our questions. The unit was very clean and had everything needed to allow for a flawless stay. Our family also really enjoyed the relaxed family vibe the resort had. I highly recommend this 3 bedroom condo.

We have stayed a few times at Ko Olina Beach Tower. This property exceeds the standards of other units. We were made to feel at home. The amenities were quite upgraded and well maintained.We would certainly like to stay at this property again.

The stay at B807 was phenomenal. Unit was as advertised and we found everything we needed to have a great week. All we did was add groceries and cocktails from the local Safeway and it was ready-set-go. We had 5 adults and the unit was perfect. Clean, spacious, convenient, and pretty much loaded with whatever we needed for a day out on the island or a day lounging by the pool/lagoon. The ability to grill down by the pool was a great feature and we used quite a bit (to cook our fresh caught Tuna!). We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your vacation home with us!

Paradise in Ko Olina

We had an amazing stay at the villa. It was exactly as stated on website. It is in a beautiful location with awesome views. Lagoons are so nice. Perfect location to get to anywhere on the island. We will remember this vacation with very fond memories.

We had such an AMAZING 10 days over the holidays being spent in Ko Olina! The property was stunning, best location on the island, the sunsets were incredible, as well as the sunrises, the beach villa was just perfect for what our family needed!!

Great accommodations

Wonderful place to stay. The condo was perfect for our family. 3 bedrooms 3 baths, lots of room with a kitchen that had everything we needed. It had a oversized balcony with a great view of the ocean and pool below us. Nice barbecue facilities by pool. We spent most days at the pool or the beach lagoon. We will definitely be back.
