I appreciated how truly clean and well stocked the unit was. Easy location to find, quiet neighborhood and large backyard. Having the garage was a real bonus, especially after the snow storm. Thank you. Chad the housekeeping staff deserves a raise!

Ok for short stay!

One bathroom, no dishwasher and no cable on TV were drawbacks for us. Otherwise, it is great!

I just love this unit! It's the second time I've stayed here in two months. You'll feel right at home while on vacation. Love the layout, the furniture is so comfy (especially the master bed), and the bathroom gives plenty of storage for all your personal items. The location is very safe and there's a Winery/Restaurant directly across the street! The owner and property managers are right-on-time with communication. This place is well-worth the money!

Beautiful rental! This unit is so comfortable. It's very homey, tastefully decorated, great mattress in the master bedroom, and nice linens. The bathroom drawers are large and great for organizing all of your personal belongings. The kitchen is stocked as advertised as far as cookware and small appliances go. The garage is really nice. The only complaint (and I'm not decreasing my rating) is the lack of lawn chairs. There's such a nice backyard and not a single lawn chair to go out and get some sun! There is a picnic table and a wooden swing...but those aren't comfy for sun-bathing. I would definitely stay again!

Thank you so much for your kind and detailed feedback! We're so glad to hear that you found the unit comfortable, well-appointed, and that you enjoyed the little touches like the mattress, linens, and bathroom storage — we put a lot of thought into those details, so it means a lot to hear they made a difference. We really appreciate your note about the lawn chairs. You're absolutely right — with a backyard like that, it would be great to have a more relaxing spot to soak up the sun. We’ll definitely take that suggestion into consideration for future upgrades! Thank you again for staying with us — we’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Excellent Rental Property and Great Location

First off, a huge thank you to Chad for being flexible with me since our original date conflicted with a family emergency. The apartment was extremely comfortable and clean. The on site laundry was convenient for retiring home with clean clothes. We did not use the hot tub on site but it was a nice feature to have. There was plenty of parking and nice outdoor area to relax and eat ice cream at the end of the night. Our family of 4 had plenty of space inside of the suite during our stay. They were very happy how comfortable the beds were and played in the arcade every now and then. We visited the local Ice Cream spot and had lunch at the Fenton Wine and Brewery. Location became extremely convenient for being in a small town area. Thank you keeping up such a beautiful property!

Fenton Stay

Was a nice stay that served it's purpose. It was mostly quiet and safe. Issues of concern: 1. We had clean all utensils, glasses, bowls, etc. before using.2. Towels were dingy and stained.3. Dust bunnies evident. Lack of sweeping under furniture.4. Other residents were smoking marijuana directly outside our windows on back patio. We asked them to go somewhere else, which they did.Would we stay there again? Probably.Chad communicated well and responded quickly to inquiries. Overall things were good.

Gary, Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. I’m glad to hear that the space was quiet, safe, and that communication met your expectations. I truly appreciate you pointing out the areas where we can improve. I’ve addressed the concerns with our cleaning team to ensure that all utensils, towels, and under-furniture areas are thoroughly checked and cleaned between every stay. I'm also reviewing towel inventory to replace any that may no longer meet our standards. Regarding the patio issue, I’m sorry you experienced that. While we can’t always control the actions of other residents, I’m glad they were respectful once addressed, and I’ll continue working to maintain a peaceful environment for all our guests. Thanks again for your honest review. It helps us grow, and we’d be happy to host you again in the future. Best regards, Chad

Everything We Needed and More!

I traveled with my husband, adult son and dogs. We are originally from the area and know it well. Fenton is an awesome city with great restaurants and lakes. We were not here to “vacation “ but rather hang out with our daughter. However, if seeking a vacation, there is a small public beach about two miles away in Fenton Twsp Hall area. We had two bedrooms with comfortable beds and fresh bedding. This property was clean and fresh with just about everything brand new. I did laundry in the basement often while using brand new washer and dryer. I also used the peloton bike and my son used it and other exercise equipment. The communication was top notch and the yard was perfect for the dogs! For someone wanting more space than a hotel, and with similar amenities, book this property! It’s 2-3 times bigger than a hotel and has a full kitchen with everything you need plus a yard! We will be back! I forgot to mention the Fenton Wine and Brewery is across the street and we ate and drank there twice. Again… very convenient. Thank you to the owner and property manager! I have a VRBO and understand what it takes to meet the customer’s needs. They did it so well!
