The apartment was immaculate. I had a 10 day stay and it was perfect. So nice to have the parking so close, having the laundry facilities was a huge plus, everything I needed away from home. Very comfortable stay. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Fenton Flats. The apartment was sparkling clean and comfortable. A nice tavern across the street to have meals and play corn hole and other lawn games. Also, just a few miles from town with great shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We loved our stay at the Fenton Flats. Apartment was super cute with ample room. The building and grounds were well maintained and very clean. Great location too. Just minutes from Lake Fenton/Fenton and across the street from a great restaurant. Property owners were super easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend Fenton Flats!!!!
