This is a totally updated one-level home in an established neighborhood in Midtown Little Rock. The living area has ample seating surrounding the cozy fireplace and flows beautifully to the dinette and kitchen. The home is close to major medical centers, downtown, cute local shops and restaurants, as well as parks and running trails. A perfect base for exploring the city!

*OCCUPANCY: The home is best suited for 6 adults. We allow up to 8 guests to accommodate families traveling with children.

*SELF CHECK-IN: Smart lock with custom code for self check-in.

*OFFICE AREA: The home has a dedicated office space speed internet, desk, comfy desk chair, for remote work.

*WASHER/DRYER: The home is stocked with a brand-new washer & dryer (plus detergent & wool dryer balls).

*AMENITIES: We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide more than a couple of days' worth of these amenities. If guests run out of these items during their stay, they are responsible for purchasing any additional items for personal use.

*KITCHEN: The bright kitchen has been modernized w/ stone counters, fresh white cabinetry, stainless appliances. Includes dishwasher, garbage disposal, thermal pot coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, Rubbermaid storage containers, a spice rack stocked with spices, and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.

*DINING: The dinette table seats 4 comfortably & there is additional dining space just steps away in the sunroom.

*PRIMARY BEDROOM & ENSUITE BATH: The spacious Primary Bedroom is equipped with luxury linens and a high-end queen mattress. It has a private ensuite bathroom, sitting area, 55-in Smart TV, closet with chest of drawers, USB charging ports on each nightstand, noise machine, fan tower, and blackout curtains.

*BATHROOMS: The sparkling clean bathrooms have a walk-in showers and are equipped with fluffy towels, hair dryers, complimentary spa quality shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. The primary ensuite bathroom has a straightening iron.

*OTHER BEDROOMS: Each of the other 2 bedrooms have a high-end queen mattress, luxury linens, 43-inch Smart TV, dresser, closet, noise machine, fan tower, blackout curtains, USB charging ports on both nightstands.

*BACKYARD: The large, flat backyard is fenced.

*POWER & CHARGING BRICKS: Power and charging ports are conveniently located on each bedroom nightstand.

*PETS: We are dog friendly and allow up to two dogs (30lbs or less each) per reservation. Please include pets on the reservation.

*GAMES/BOOKS: Curl up with a novel, test your chess skills, play a board game, or work a puzzle—fun for all ages!

*Guests will have access to every space except for 2 locked utility closets.

*Our entrance is easily accessible, with no steps from paved sidewalks and paved driveways.

*Our Midtown Little Rock home is located near Rodney Parham St., Markham St., and I-630 in an established, centrally located neighborhood.

*Please note there is a Ring video doorbell at the front door and a Ring spotlight video camera in the carport to provide an additional level of security to guests. For your privacy, these are the only cameras on the premises.

*With advanced notice, a 35" (l) x 16" (w) x 19" (h) folding tub is available for use in the walk-in shower.
