Easy check-in and out. The pool, hot tub and beach are great features. The unit is small, but had everything we needed. The only complaints we had were that the bed was very hard and not comfortable, and there is very limited parking. We had a nice stay and enjoyed LBK.

Nice and comfortable

It was a very nice area and a comfortable condo. Close enough to enjoy nice restaurants down the road but not so close to be in all of the traffic.

Happy to be Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We so enjoyed returning to a place dear to our hearts. It is truly a feeling of coming home. Our experience was fine. Being 75 years old now and a caregiver for my husband, I failed to check my phone as to where the code was to get into the apartment. I was expecting it to be in the little black box marked "Arriving" outside the office. Other than that, all was well and the ocean was beautiful! Loved it.

I had a nice stay during the off season, despite some noisy people. I wouldn't want to stay when they are packed full, since parking is tight and tricky.

Nice Stay - Need to go back!

Beautiful place, nice grounds - unfortunately it was too cold during our visit to really enjoy the pool, dock, or beach - so we need to come back. During our stay the water heater went out - management was quick to respond and get the issue resolved.

Good Location

Good Location, close to beach, restaurants, walking distance or biking. Nice pool and hot tub. Condo was clean but could use a little TLC Air conditioner went out, so it was very hot, screen broken in bedroom. understand this is not their fault, but was a pain to unpack, and pack again. Property managers were very nice!
