Getting around The neighborhood of Calder in Edmonton, Alberta is well-connected and offers a variety of options for getting around. Public transportation is readily available, with several bus routes running through the area and providing easy access to the rest of the city.
The Calder LRT Station is also located nearby, providing quick and convenient access to the city's Light Rail Transit system. For those who prefer to drive, the neighborhood is served by several major roadways, including Yellowhead Trail, Wayne Gretzky Drive, and 97 Street, making it easy to navigate to other parts of the city. Additionally, bike lanes and paths can be found throughout the neighborhood, making it a great option for cyclists. - For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended.

PET RULES *Pets are not allowed on the beds under any circumstances *Please clean up after your pet and keep them off the furniture where possible. A $75 clean up fee may be applied if pet droppings are left in the yard or in the property. *Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when in the backyard. This area is a shared space, and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a respectful environment for everyone.

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:
1. Sign our short-term rental agreement This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option You’ll have two options to finalize your booking: – Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay. OR – Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules. Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.
Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.
We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house. There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

We came to Edmonton for family trip
It was a great 5 night stay, was awesome to have the washer and dryer, made my life so much easier with all the clothes shopping that we did. The place was clean, beds were comfy and it was a spacious stay. It was nice to have dishes, pots and pans to use while we stayed. Will definitely book with you again in the future. This property was very clean and appropriate for our conditions as we were attending two different functions in Edmonton so it was in between Saint Albert and Bonnie Doone, also very accommodating

No living room area. All 4 bdrms had its own bathroom which was great. But if we had a visitor, they used the bathroom in the main floor bedroom. There was not enough cupboard space & the top cupboards were too high to reach. The neighbors had visitors knocking loudly after 2am, but they didnt bother us. We had a lot of towels so that was nice. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
