The spacious great room includes a gas fireplace and plush seating. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to enjoy family-style meals, and the wraparound deck offers plenty of space for outdoor dining or simply soaking in the mountain air.
With the Big Thompson River just steps from your door, you’ll have private access to one of Colorado’s most scenic fly fishing spots. Spend your days casting for rainbow and brown trout, wading in crystal-clear water, or simply relaxing on the riverside patio to the sound of the rushing current.

Hi, I’m Danielle Witte! My husband Ben and I are both Colorado natives, and we feel incredibly lucky to call this beautiful state our lifelong home. We grew up exploring the mountains—camping, hiking, skiing, and just soaking up all the natural beauty that makes Colorado so special. Estes Park, in particular, has always held a special place in our hearts. It’s where some of our favorite memories were made growing up, and now, as a family, we continue to return here year after year.
Ben and I are outdoor enthusiasts at heart. We love hiking scenic trails, casting a fly into a quiet river, sharing stories around a campfire, and simply enjoying the slower rhythm that comes with being in the mountains.
