This house is a hidden gem! Located next to Jaguars Stadium in Downtown Jacksonville, this house can accommodate up to 17 people, comfortably! There are enough beds, sheets, blankets for everyone! There is also plenty of parking on the left of house, for approximately 5-6 cars, so no doubt this place can meet the needs of large families and groups traveling in the area.

The Queen room features 2 queen beds, enough to accommodate 4 people, the Dorm room features 3 bunk beds and 2 trundles - accommodating 8 people, King Room features a California King bed, enough to accommodate up to 2-3 people, and the Kids room in the back, has a bunk bed a trundle, for up to 3 more kids or adults.

The Kitchen table, 8 chairs in the house, and 2 couches, can accommodate all of the guests staying at the house. There is a Large 55 inch TV that is connected to YOUTUBE and WIFI.

Dirty where it really mattered

The location and neighborhood of this property is really bad and has really "unsafe" feeling. Floors were swept and beds were made but sheets had body hair from other occupants and had not been cleaned between guests. Dishwasher would not drain and house smelled bad from standing dirty water in the dishwasher. Host was unable/unwilling to remediate issues within the window of our stay (2 days). We stayed somewhere else because of the condition of the propery.

A Memorable Stay with Unexpected Perks

This stay was definitely one to remember. When we arrived, we were greeted by a pile of trash right outside the property. Thankfully, the porch light wasn’t working, so we didn’t have to see it at night—problem solved!Inside, the bedding had a distinct musty smell, and we even found a few stains and some pet hair sprinkled across the furniture and in the air. It felt like the previous guests were still there in spirit!One of the bedroom windows didn’t close all the way, which added a refreshing breeze—who needs AC when you’ve got that kind of natural ventilation?The fridge had some broken shelves, and several lights weren’t working, but we made it work—flashlights and cooler bags to the rescue.The host did offer a partial refund, as long as we left a 5-star review. Definitely a unique experience—where else can you clean up and write your own rating in exchange for a discount?If you’re looking for an adventure and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves, this might just be the place for you. Just pack a sense of humor—and maybe some disinfectant.

Nice big place for the price

Parking was easy. Neighbors were not loud. Dishes were nice. Hot water pot was appreciated. Only one shower had hot water. Ice maker was not working. We We brought our own

Football Game

The house was clean and a great price but for 4 girls staying there the neighborhood made us nervous. The house had a bad smell. I hate to rate so low cuz the house was nice & clean and has potential. Just a bad location, items missing or broken and miscommunication.

Don’t do it

It was awful. Everything smelled. We had to wash our bedding when got there. Animals constantly crawling under the house all night. The host told me to “figure it out”. Terrible stay with no obvious house cleaning ever done.

By stadium

So close to the everbank stadium and spacious area. No TVs in any rooms but we didn't spend much time at the home. Did have all we needed for our stay.

Not as Pictured - Worst Rental Experience

You can tell the property photos on the listing was from when they first took over the property. It looks nothing like the photos. The dining room had no chairs, the bunk bed with trundle was broken and sharp wood pieces stabbed one of my guests, the bathrooms were unbelievably disgusting. The foundation and the walls are separating and somebow spray foam was the solution. Nothing that was in the photos as decorative accents were in the unit - nothing in the kitchen. It was disgusting. Also, cockroaches. This is clearly meant for college kids to crash after a game, not for family or work travel.

worst experience ever

GHETTO location/neighborhood Absolutely no privacy, sketchy neighbors, crazy suspicious traffic all night long, not a single blind on any of the windows, not enough towels, blankets to accommodate all guests, even tho prior to checking in we contacted the host directly and provided the exact amount of guests, provided linen was stained and not pleasant at all, no murphy bed as advertised, just a pull out bed with no bedding, no iron, no ironing board, in one of the bedrooms parts of the light fixture came flying down when you pull on the string to turn the light on. Horrible experience, would not recommend.

Family stay

Overall this stay wasnt to bad at all, in the sense of VRBO though where youre renting a house and expecting all of the needs of a house this definitely doesn't have it, if you're planning on watching tv on your stay make sure to bring a tablet or something you can stream on and having streaming channels, if you're planning on major cooking bring pots pans baking sheets mixing bowls. But the house on the inside overall is very well maintained and clean it is great for some true family bonding and hangout time youre not to far from the beaches or huguenot park right near down town walking distance to the jaguar stadium, there are some smaller pans a great refrigerator a nice coffee maker (for me personally is always a plus) your essential plates bowls cups silverware. For the trip we needed it for it was overall great.
