Love your location in this stylish and central one bedroom condo located on west Pacific street! This property is one of four fully-independent units located within a charming Victorian home. Inside the condo, you will find a full kitchen, living room, small work station, a kind bed, washer and dryer and full bath. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa located in the living room should you have lil' ones or big ones joining you! Step outside and be anywhere in town in minutes!



THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Located in the quiet SW corner of Telluride, with Siam Thai a stones throw away and THERE bar is just down the street. Downtown shops and restaurants are within walking distance, as are the gondola, lift 7, and numerous hiking trails.



We also offer a private shuttle service for our guests and information can be found on our WILD OAK website.

Great Stay and GREAT Location!

This was exactly what we were looking for! They had everything we need for our stay and it was in the perfect location. We could easily walk into town and everything was accessible. My husband loved the pull out couch and the beds were super comfortable. It was so cozy and my pup even loved the place too! Would definitely come back here again next year if it is available. Was sad to leave the place!

Host was extremely communicative and very helpful with questions. House was clean and snacks and drinks provided! Can't beat the location with walking distance to all of downtown and the gondola only 5 mins away. Highly recommend for any couples or a small group of 3-4 friends as the place is cozy. Good things to know for anyone booking: no parking in the rear of the house (despite the photo in add that's misleading) as that's reserved for the other full time tenants because this house is actually 4 condos in one. But parking on the street is super easy and plenty of room along the block just be mindful of the No parking signs as they use certain days of the week to clear snow. If you have a pet make sure the pet fee is included or paid before you arrive as we overlooked it at first. Overall loved the house just be prepared for a cozy tight squeeze and the TV is much slower than modern tech these days. Most people will be skiing anyway! Would definitely rent from this Host again and love Telluride. Cheers!

The pre-trip communication was phenomenal. I knew exactly what was needed. The accommodations were perfect for me and my 19 year old son. It would be good for a couple or family of 4 with little kids that could share the pull-out. I booked the place because I wanted to park once which is exactly what we did. Telluride is walkable. All the necessary kitchen gadgets were provided to cook meals. I really can't give enough glowing remarks for this place.

Just what we needed

My parents and I had a fantastic stay here! We came for 3 days of skiing and this place did not disappoint. The location was absolutely perfect and we were close to everything we needed, especially the slopes! Last, but not least, the hosts were responsive and provided everything including snacks after a long travel day. I have already recommended this to a friend traveling in the summer and would absolutely recommend this for parties of 2-3 traveling through the area.

Perfect location and comfortable stay

My husband and I, along with our dog, had a great 1-week stay in at this condo. The location was perfect.. right in town on a lovely street and walkable to restaurants, shops, and the gondola. It was easy to find street parking nearby. The space was clean and comfortable. We managed to work remote at the kitchen bar, and the kitchen was well equipped to cook simple meals. The wifi was not working when we arrived, and the host was very responsive and sent someone to repair within 1-2hr. We also had trouble with the washer/dryer so the host picked up our laundry to wash and dry and returned same day twice during the week.

Fall in Telluride

We really enjoyed Telluride and the mountains were beautiful as the aspens were in full color. There were lots of options for eating and hiking. The free gondola was a plus to see the mountains a bit more. The location of the u it was great and it was clean and fully equipped. Totally recommend

A Mountain Gem

Perfect stay for two people looking to take in all that Telluride has to offer. The entire process was seamless and the stay was just great. And it's pet friendly which was wonderful. Our two furry friends also give this a huge paws! :)

Small But Good

Home is small but met the needs of our family and dog. Some of the blankets had smell of past odors/dogs but nothing that was too bad for a fellow dog owner.

Telluride itself can be summed up by "small but good"! Hopefully the location in downtown Telluride and the fact we do allow pets (for now) elevated this stay for you. We do swap out all blankets for dry cleaning monthly

Did the job but was just okay overall

Location is fine as everything in telluride is very walkable. Clean and well stocked per description. My complaints are around noise and natural light. It’s pretty noisy especially if you have anyone staying in the unit above as the stairs are right next to the bedroom and it’s extremely loud. No natural light in the living space (and no views) but would have been nice to have better natural light which was my impression from the pictures, but we had to have blinds pulled for privacy and it was pretty dim.

Cute and convenient

The property while tucked into a basement apartment is very thoughtfully outfitted. The amenities provided and kitchen tools, games etc were all very high quality. The location is convenient and the neighborhood was beautiful. We found parking to be very easy and the support application was very helpful. The only issues we experienced were a broken washing machine and window hinges that were broken and tough to secure. The washing machine was necessary for a longer stay to launder the towels provided. It created a lot of noise and water mess that we cleaned up upon discovering it was broken. Otherwise the stay was very nice and the place is very well maintained. We loved the trip and all the effort that went into making this a cozy stay.
