Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to many of Dubai's top attractions! Within walking distance, you can enjoy the location amenities such as malls, supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding areas with all types of cuisines.
Designed with an open living and dining area, this home acts as a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. Through the bedroom, you will find access to the outdoor balcony, the perfect place to enjoy the stunning Dubai views!
The first bedroom contains a King bed and the second a single bed. Please note that the second bedroom doesn't have windows. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. There's a powder room with a toilet and a sink.
The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.
Please note that the Dubai Fountain show is temporarily suspended for maintenance until further notice.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Downtown Dubai is one of the most upscale locations in Dubai, boasting some award-winning restaurants, hotels, and stores, the area has a spectacular lineup of lifestyle content to feed the appetites of its young populations.
Burj Khalifa is about 2km away from the apartment. Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai’s crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing not only the world’s tallest building but the world’s largest fountains and mall. Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, with restaurants, art galleries, and children’s play areas.
In the cooler months, cross one of the many bridges to the Burj Khalifa park and enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy lunch or dinner and watch the dancing fountains. Because of its mixed-use, Downtown is a fantastic place to mix with Dubai residents and locals and watch real life unfold in a cosmopolitan environment.

• Dubai Mall is 15 mins away by foot and 5 mins away by car.
• Closest Metro Station is Business Bay, 4km away.
• Burj Khalifa and the World Trade Centre are 10 minutes drive away.
• Cabs are easy to hail outside.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
