The two elegant bedrooms are designed for comfort. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed and an attached private bathroom, ensuring ultimate privacy. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed. Both rooms are elegantly decorated with hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep.
The bathrooms are fully equipped with fresh towels, toiletries, and everything you need to feel refreshed and pampered during your stay.
For your convenience, daily housekeeping services are available upon request (additional fee applies). We ensure the apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
Important note: Pool cleaning will be done twice a week (Sundays and Wednesdays, between 1 pm and 3 pm). This is a mandatory cleaning for hygiene and safety. We appreciate your understanding.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
