Welcome to my home!

Modern furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions in Dubai, such as the Dubai Marina, the Palm Jumeirah, and many good restaurants scattered around the area. You also can find some supermarkets nearby the building where you can also order and they will deliver within 1-2 hrs.

This apartment is designed with an open and cosy living room, where you can relax in the sofa bed after a long day exploring the city.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The place contains a comfy king-size bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Guests will have complete access to all amenities and spaces of the house during their stay.

My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team that works hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests for help during your stay.

There are two nearby malls that cater different stores from Luxury ti Mid end choices, Circle Mall which is 10 minutes from the apartment and 20 minutes from Al Khail Mall.
You also can find some supermarkets nearby the building where you can also order and they will deliver within 1-2 hrs.
The pool and the gym are located on the 1st floor.

The apartment is easily accessible by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
