The condo was very nice. It was clean. It came complete with all utensils, pots and pans paper towel towels, toilet paper. The location was fabulous! Walking distance to restaurants and the ferry! Private beach, beautiful sunsets ,and very clean! The owner was extremely nice and accommodating. We will definitely come back.

Nice Location

This is a nice place to stay for a few days. Five minute walk to the Jet Express and very nice beach and pool areas!

Convenient location

The condo was conveniently located next to jet express and we enjoyed the amenities including the pool and private beach. Condo was clean and comfortable.

Great 1st floor condo in outstanding locatioy

Not our first time in Port Clinton and the islands .. but have not stayed in a place that is located so close to the lake, pool, attractions , and restaurants. Had an outstanding stay, highly recommend.

Perfect weekend getaway!

Thank you so much! We loved the place! My husband and I really enjoyed our much needed weekend get away in this Condo. Great views...close to everything! Walking distance to Mr. Ed's and Docks. We also enjoyed the back yard.

Beautiful Condo

Took my cousin here for her 50th birthday. We had such a relaxing weekend! The pool is amazing, and the lake views are breathtaking. This is my 3rd trip to Port Clinton, and I'll definitely be back. Thanks for your hospitality Bill!

Perfect location for fun in PC

We have stayed at another one of Bill and Larain's - which was lovely - and were not dissapointed with the second. Our family of four had plenty of room, the condo was well appointed, and the conplex is conveniently located near everything. The private beach and pool are ideal. Many thanks to Bill, and we hope to be back!

Great vacation condo!

This was a great little condo perfect for a weekend getaway. We went for a small extended family getaway. With two small kids, it was the perfect size. Everything was very neat and tidy with all the necessary accommodations that were needed. The location is perfect for all the local attractions we wanted to see. We particularly enjoyed leaving the back sliding door open to feel the lake breeze come in! Thanks so much for helping make it a great trip. Jason- Ohio

Wonderful weekend

The condo was just as it looks in the photos. Bill was very responsive from the moment we booked the condo. He was very easy to work with. We had a ton of fun at the African Safari and Put-in-Bay. The kids enjoyed the pool and beach access at the condo. The condo location is wonderful! We walked to just about everything but the Safari. Thank you for the memories!

Fun

Everything was good. Fun little getaway. The only issue was the 2 pull out couch beds. They were very damaged at the ends and sunkin in. When my husband was napping, he rolled over and the couch actually try to close and roll up on him. Other than that, it was a nice time.

As Advertised and Nice Condo in a Great location!

Condo was as advertised and in a great location.. Grounds were real nice with an Awesome Beach area,Pool and Hot Tub... Condo has view of Lake and was very comfortable for me and the kids... -** Owner is a little quirky with additional lease contract, additional rules and regulations.. Seems eager to deduct from your security deposit *** I have rented over 30 times with VRBO and have never have seen this. from another owner... First Red Flag should have been that he tried to get me to handle the rental "outside" of VRBO and he could save me the money... ----Too many Nice Units out there to have to deal with this on a 2 night Get away.... We were very careful and left the place in great condition and had no issues but would never rent from this owner again...

Oh well after 45 years as a landlord and 18 years renting short term, YOU CAN'T PLEASE THEM ALL. Everyone else that rents from me signs the same contract and if the Condo Complex REQUIRES me to abide by the Rules and Regulations I have to make sure my renters abide by them too. She says I seemed eager to deduct from her security deposit when I DIDN'T DEDUCT A DIME!!! Not a problem that she would never rent from me again because she is now on my list also. Too many Satisfied Renters to worry about this one. At least they Enjoyed the Condo.

The location is beautiful and very convenient. Communication with Bill was smooth. I’d prefer a lock box check-in. I’ve never had to meet the owner and sign documents before. The unit was well appointed but could use a cluttering and deep clean.

We don't have a Lock Box we have a Keyless Entry which is much better and no-one in the last 20 years has ever complained and wanted a lock box instead. She had not signed the Rental Agreement because we didn't have enough time and that's why I had to meet her to get it signed. I even gave her 2 more hours past normal checkout and she gave me only 3 stars. YOU CAN'T PLEASE THEM ALL.

Condo was as described and a nice quiet property on the lake.

Slightly outdated, but perfectly suitable for a few days hanging around on the lake. Pool and beach access were excellent for everyone, especially the kids. Would recommended.

Great Location Could Use Some Updates

We loved this condos location and lake views. It was a short walk to downtown Port Clinton and the Jet Express. The owner was a great communicator and readily available for any concerns we had. Some things to note when staying... bring extra towels. The pull out beds are very old and small, you may want a blow up mattress instead. The dishes were dirty so check before using or your own paper products/utensils. Outdated for the price but overall a great location and would go back.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay but I'm sorry you found some problems with the dishes and the hide-a-beds. That's the first time for those but we will check the dishes from now on. We rely on the previous renters to do the dishes correctly but will check. As far as the towels, we supply 1 towel and wash cloth for each person. I'm very surprised you needed more for only 2 nights.

Great place to relax

I came here with my teenage sons and their friends. The condo was perfect for us and we had a great time. The beach and pool area were fantastic! I highly recommend as the owner was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Family of 4 Vacation

Very well maintained, tasteful decor, beautiful lake view, quiet grounds with little traffic. The pool was a great size and the beach was fun for the kids!

The condo is very nice and clean and had everything we needed.

The condo itself was great! It had everything we needed. I had an awesome time for my bachelor party and loved Ed’s bar and grill. I wish the drawbridge was open while we were there so it would have been easier to get to the ferry’s but everything with the condo was great!! Thanks Bill!

Beautiful, clean and comfortable

My daughter and I were very pleased to find this condo very clean and comfortable. The labels on all the switches was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed our stay and had absolutely no problems. This condo is located near several good restaurants and things to do, and the complex is very quiet and peaceful. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo to our friends.
