**NOTE** This is a first-floor condo, but there are some steps to navigate. The back entry (lake side) has 2 small concrete steps. The front entry (parking lot side) has a wooden flight of stairs going up and then back down into the unit for approximately 15 total stairs. All first-floor units have this same configuration.
