Our apartment features contemporary furnishings and great amenities, ideal for a getaway in Dubai.

It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining area where you can dine with loved ones.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, and guests can enjoy the stunning views of the city and swimming pools from the bedroom's balcony.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the building's shared facilities, such as the pool, and the gym.

This property is managed by GuestReady on behalf of its owner, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 if you need any help during your visit. As this is a personal home, we kindly ask that you treat it with care.

Ras Al Khor is a neighbourhood in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, located southeast of Dubai Creek. It is known for its wildlife sanctuary, home to migratory birds and flamingos, and its proximity to major transportation routes such as the Dubai-Al Ain Road and the Ras Al Khor Road. The area is also home to several industrial and commercial businesses and residential communities.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest train station, Creek Metro Station, is just a 10-minute drive.

DXB Airport is 17 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 30 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 19 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 18 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 30 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
