Modern and tastefully decorated, this amazing apartment is close to many hotspots in the Dubai Marina area! The apartment is on the 8th floor with a lift.

The living room is tastefully furnished and well-kept, with a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. There's also a washer should you need it.

The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Guests will have access to the entire home.

Guests will no longer have access to the building using access cards. They must use the intercom at the entrance, select the option to speak with the reception, and the reception team will verify them via camera before granting access.

Guests can still access the pool using the access card provided.

This property is managed by GuestReady on behalf of its owner, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 if you need any help during your visit. As this is a personal home, we kindly ask that you treat it with care.

Bahar 6, one of the Jumeirah Beach Residences Towers, is a 5-minute walk to JBR beach with a full view of the Ain Dubai. 15-20 minute walk to Bluewaters. 35 minutes to Dubai International Airport, 15 minutes to The Palm Jumeirah and 8 minutes to Marina Mall.

Around the community, you can also explore the JBR beachside, Bluewaters Island, and the Marina side - marina walk. Enjoy a quick run, or rent a career bike or scooter to see the marvellous sea and buildings surrounding Dubai Marina.

In JBR Walk, there are a variety of restaurants to enjoy, some fine dining options on JBR hotels, and more restaurants around Marina Walk.

Regarding supermarkets, Spinney's grocery store in Marina Mall is a good option.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest tram station, Jumeirah Beach Residences, is a 4-minute walk.

DXB Airport is 32 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 10 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 26 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 25 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 21 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
