This brand-new construction, completed in 2024, offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm, providing an idyllic retreat for up to 8 guests.

Located just 5 miles from the interstate, with paved roads leading to the gravel driveway, this cabin ensures easy access without the hassle of navigating mountain roads. Situated on 5 flat acres, the property boasts breathtaking views and ample space to unwind and explore.

Upon entering, guests are greeted by a cozy laundry room before stepping into the inviting open-concept living area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining table seating 6, and a comfortable lounge area. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for culinary adventures, while the living room beckons with plush reclining couches, rockers, and a large flat-screen TV for entertainment.

Step outside onto the back deck to soak in the hot tub and enjoy the picturesque scenery of the French Broad River below. Fire up the charcoal grill for a delicious barbecue, gather around the picnic table for al fresco dining, or simply relax in one of the rocking chairs and let the sounds of nature wash over you.

We loved the location. The grass was a little tall so it wasn’t as enjoyable to go down by the river. Also feel like curtains needed to be on the windows.

We loved the location of the property. It was wonderful being in the countryside away from all of the hustle and bustle of the area. The cabin was definitely big enough. The front and back porches were also wonderful to sit to enjoy the setting. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

Amazing property with a stunning view! It’s perfectly secluded away from all the noise, yet still close enough to easily enjoy the local attractions and city. I work at a resort in Florida, so I was really looking to escape the crowds and tourists—this place was exactly what I needed. Everything about listing was spot on. House is far enough away where you can relax and not be bothered but also 5-10 minutes away from everything in town. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Just Perfect

This cabin was exactly as my title says… Just perfect! Perfect location, perfect amenities, perfect surroundings. My teenagers even loved the wildlife. It is so close to everything but yet feels remote. My daughter will be a freshman at UT this fall and we will definitely be back!!

Nice place!!

This was a great little house and we enjoyed it! Floors and couches could use a good cleaning and bathrooms could use some hooks or a towel rod to hang up towels, but other than that I would definitely rent again! We enjoyed the river view and awesome porches with rocking chairs and nice hottub!

We were not allowed to check in early even tho the housekeepers were gone!! I think that’s just rude! Knowing we were there and not sending us the code until check in time of 4:00!!! So if you rent this, don’t show up early! Also, there weren’t ANY spices! No salt or pepper even! The toilet paper was one ply which just makes you have to use twice as much….you can tell this is a house that no one lives in and is just for travelers. And they only provided 1 pack of coffee when we were scheduled to be there for TWO mornings! So pack your stuff cause they don’t provide much at all. No creamer, no sugar, no nothing!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry your early arrival didn't go as smoothly as you'd hoped. Our lock codes are generated through an automated system and are set to send at 4:00 PM on check-in day for every guest. Unfortunately we’re not able to override that for early check-ins, even if the housekeepers have already left. We understand how frustrating that can be and will work on better communication about our check-in policy. We only provide a starter pack of coffee (we don’t stock creamer, sugar, or spices) because of hygiene and allergy concerns with previous guests. We do recommend guests bring their own spices, extra coffee, and any personal items they prefer. We appreciate the feedback on the toilet paper and will look into offering a better quality option. River trip 2025

The property is an amazing location, the only complaint I have with this property to make it perfect would be the landscape. The grass was a little high so yard fleas ate us up when trying to fish and the river was difficult to access. Make the river more accessible and keep yard clean cut and it’s a perfect stay!

Very nice - new home

We enjoyed our time with family at this home. The house is new, and the inside was clean. There is NO hair dryer, no spices, coffee or soap. Was a bit disappointed and expected more because we paid a lot of money to stay here.

The only problem was the floor..my feet and socks were do black from walking on floor and i didnt have a mop there to clean it myself
