Plus, there’s a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and bathroom for ultimate convenience. Outside, take on cornhole in the covered area or let your dog go wild with "Zoomies" in the fenced yard. Drift into dreamland in Chill-n-Thrill's -comfy, spacious bedrooms—perfect for snoozing, Netflix bingeing, or just sinking into pure relaxation! You’ll melt into memory foam mattresses, even your dreams will be cozy, our beds are topped with soft fleece blankets that feel like a warm hug. Each room comes with its own 50" smart TV because the living room shouldn’t have all the fun. For those who love drifting off to the hum of a fan, white noise, or calming sounds, all bedrooms are equipped with sound machines to help you relax and sleep peacefully.
Two bedrooms have king beds that practically beg you to nap, while the queen bedroom doubles as a productivity zone with a desk for all your “I’m working hard” moments. Sweet dreams and even sweeter relaxation are just a nap away!


*BATHROOMS*

Chill-n-Thrill has 2 bathrooms. Bathroom 1 (on the main level) has a bathtub-shower combo, perfect for a quick shower or a relaxing soak. Bathroom 2 (lower level) offers a spacious shower with two rain showerheads for a refreshing experience. Both bathrooms are well-lit, providing a bright and comfortable space to get ready or unwind.

Our spacious yard gives you all the room you need to stretch out and relax, with a large fenced-in area that’s perfect if you're bringing a furry friend along for the ride so they can enjoy their "Zoomies.". Want to unwind? Grab a seat in one of the cozy wooden Adirondack chairs by the fire pit, enjoy the crackle of the flames, and listen to the soothing sounds of the creek. For all the grill masters, there's a park-style charcoal grill waiting for your cooking skills (just remember to bring your own charcoal!). The country setting means you’ll have all the space to yourself, so you won’t feel like you’re on top of your neighbors. And if the rain decides to crash your cornhole plans, no sweat! *DOGS*
We are happy to host your furry friend. We accept 1 dog up to 50lbs. Please share your pet's breed and weight information prior to booking so we can give written approval. Dog fee of $75 will apply at booking. All pets must be house-trained, stay off furniture, and be kept in a crate when unattended. 42" crate provided but the guest is responsible for cleaning of the crate after use. Please bring your own dog bedding. House blankets & towels are not for dog use. All pet waste must be picked up. Fees of $250 will apply if dog waste is not picked up. Please note that guests are responsible for paying all fees related to damage or excessive cleaning.


*GUEST ACCESS*
We’re thrilled to have you stay! You’ll have full access to the entire home to enjoy, from the comfortable living spaces, exciting entertainment areas to the relaxing bedrooms. The only exceptions are the owner's closet, maintenance room and the linen cabinet, which are off limits & not for guest use, but everything else for you to enjoy. Feel free to settle in and make yourself at home—this place is yours to enjoy during your stay!

ADDITIONAL GUESTS:

We do not allow more than 6 guests and enforce this for safety and fire code reasons. Only guests listed at booking are allowed access to the home. Guests found to be bringing more than the max amount of guest's or breech of these rules, risk being asked to leave immediately without refund.


SMOKING:

To keep Chill n Thrill fresh & clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside, in the screened in patio or in the carport. This includes cigarettes, marijuana & vaping. If evidence or odor of smoke is detected, there will be a $500 minimum fee for proper deep cleaning & odor removal.

CHILDREN & INFANTS:
The guest is responsible for keeping their children safe at all times. We are a family friendly home however the home is not baby, toddler or child proofed. You are responsible for monitoring the children in your group & you assume all responsibility & liability for their safety.

QUIET HOURS:

Thank you for observing our quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood & our good standing as courteous neighbors.

PARTIES & EVENTS:

Gatherings with your group are great, but parties & events are not permitted. Any evidence of such will result in a $500 fee & risk of being asked to leave immediately without a refund.


GARAGE DOOR:
Do not keep the exterior garage door open for extended periods of time. This is to prevent unwanted wildlife from entering the home.

MINIUM AGE:
The minimum age for reservation is 25 years.

PHOTO ID: is required for all adult guests. No substitutions or transfer to another family member or friend.

LATE CHECKOUT:
Please be respectful of our cleaning crew by checking out on time. Not checking out by 10:am, will result in a late check out fee.

ILLEAGLE SUBSTANCES/ILLEGAL ACTIVITY:
is strictly forbidden and are grounds for immediate termination & will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund.

FIREWORKS:
Fireworks are not permitted.

PROPERTY LINES:
While staying at our home, please be respectful of our neighbors by respecting the property line boundaries.

MAXIMUM STAY:
We are happy to host stays that are 13 days or less.

The property is located in a rural area. We have our home on a rigorous, professional pest control schedule to keep bugs at bay. However, because this is a natural area, it’s impossible to eliminate every single one. While we do everything we can to minimize their presence, you may occasionally see a bug—it’s just part of being in nature!
